Rachel's home is cozy and feels comfortable from the minute you enter. We stayed in the room upstairs-it was well appointed, bright and cheerful with a beautiful view of the mountains. On both mornings our breakfasts were exceptional-a large serving of fresh fruit salad with yogurt and scrambled eggs with toast, made to order. We ate at Ashes in Camp on her recommendation and enjoyed the setting (pub with a cozy fireplace) and delicious food. I wouldn't change a thing.

Rachel's place was quiet and peaceful. The view from the upper room was simply breathtaking and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was beyond my expectation, I would highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at Rachel's lovely house only for two nights but wished it was longer. Place was cosy, warm and clean. Breakfast delicious and Rachel And her daughter lovely to chat to. We got advise on where to go and what to visit and had a sneak peak into local life. Definitely will come back.

Had a lovely stay with Rachel. The room was comfortable and warm, and the breakfast lovely. Rachel is also very friendly and helpful and all the communications about location were spot on. Would definitely recommend staying there but need a car. Its about a 25 min drive into Dingle.

Response from Rachel:
Thanks very much Liz and glad you enjoyed your stay. Just so my future guests know, I do have guests stay who have no transport, as a regular bus service operates out of Tralee and Dingle and stops right outside the bed and breakfast.

Hi I've been living on the Dingle Peninsula, County Kerry, Ireland for the last 11 years.
I'm originally from the UK , but gave up the corporate lifeIn Brighton to run a Bed and Breakfast. I have one daughter who is 10 years old born in 2005.
The Bed and Breakfast is in the country side with mountain views. Its 25 minutes drive to Dingle town, and 40 minutes to Killarney and 40 minutes drive from Kerry Airport.
There is a regular bus service which will operate from outside of the Bed and Breakfast, you just have to hold out your hand and the bus will stop.
There is a petrol station in my closest village (3 miles/5 Kilometres) which houses a mini super market, cafe, ATM and launderette.
Ashes bar in the village serves great food as does the Junction pub. On a Sunday night at 7pm the Junction provides traditional Irish music - which is always good fun.

I'm a sociable, chatty and warm person who loves getting to know people from all over the world. The house is my own home so I like my guests to also feel at home. I'm a relaxed person but like fun times too.
My daughter has been raised in the Bed and Breakfast and as she is on her own, loves it when other kids come to stay.

I enjoy reading, socializing with friends, skiing, horse riding, movies and running the B&B.
You only live once so do it with no regrets and to the full.
Look forward to meeting you.
