We had a wonderful stay with Rachel. Her house is adorable & we felt so welcome. The location was perfect for us to explore the Dingle Peninsula & the family room we stayed in with our 2 boys (4 & 1 years old) was big & so comfortable for us! Rachel was a very welcoming & relaxed host & we loved meeting her family & pets (especially Smudge!). We'd highly recommend to other travellers

Book your stay here! Rachel is a kind and gracious hostess and I can't recommend her highly enough. The room is very cozy and has a stunning view of the surrounding nature. We felt very welcomed and wish we could have stayed longer. It was such a treat.

This place is a perfect spot to explore Dingle and all the beauty around it. Rachel's B&B offers all you need to feel early welcomed. We were visiting to participate at the Dingle Marathon and she made sure we had all we need, even getting up super early for us to make us a breakfast before the race. We had such a lovely stay and can just highly recommend to stay with Rachel (in case you need more convincing, her pancakes are heavenly yummy :-)

Rachel is a great host and has a lovely house in the middle of nowhere. Don't come here for night life - the nearest pub is 3 miles away - but the countryside is wonderful.

Response from Rachel:
Glad you enjoyed your 1 night stay Bill. Just for my future guests to know - the bed and breakfast is in the countyside but not in the middle of nowhere. Its on the bustling Dingle Peninsula, where thousands of people flock each year for their holidays. My guests come here for relaxation and to use the property as a retreat away from pubs being situated next door. The bed and breakfast is ideally situated on the main tourist route 25 minutes from Dingle town and 40 minutes from Killarney town and 20 minutes from Tralee town. My closet pubs and restaurants is a 8 minute drive in both directions all being surrounded by blue flag beaches. So plenty of night life if wanted, with taxi's to and from the door to the pubs, plus a local bus.

This is quite a lovely place to stay. It's off the beaten path which makes it quiet; but everything was clean, comfortable and well kept. It's a great starting point to see the Dingle Peninsula, take a day trip around the area and stop in Dingle and a few other places. It's also got an amazing breakfast and Rachel was such a kind host. So was her friend Kevin who saw me off. Highly recommend and one of the better airbnb's I've stayed in.

Rachel was an amazing host. My husband and I felt right at home with Rachel and her family. Her home is a very unqiue cottage with great charm. The view from our room was amazing. Rachel, thank you so much for your hospitality! We hope your daughter loves the NY tshirt and we will hopefully be back soon!

Hi I've been living on the Dingle Peninsula, County Kerry, Ireland for the last 11 years.
I'm originally from the UK , but gave up the corporate lifeIn Brighton to run a Bed and Breakfast. I have one daughter who is 10 years old born in 2005.
The Bed and Breakfast is in the country side with mountain views. Its 25 minutes drive to Dingle town, and 40 minutes to Killarney and 40 minutes drive from Kerry Airport.
There is a regular bus service which will operate from outside of the Bed and Breakfast, you just have to hold out your hand and the bus will stop.
There is a petrol station in my closest village (3 miles/5 Kilometres) which houses a mini super market, cafe, ATM and launderette.
Ashes bar in the village serves great food as does the Junction pub. On a Sunday night at 7pm the Junction provides traditional Irish music - which is always good fun.

I'm a sociable, chatty and warm person who loves getting to know people from all over the world. The house is my own home so I like my guests to also feel at home. I'm a relaxed person but like fun times too.
My daughter has been raised in the Bed and Breakfast and as she is on her own, loves it when other kids come to stay.

I enjoy reading, socializing with friends, skiing, horse riding, movies and running the B&B.
You only live once so do it with no regrets and to the full.
Look forward to meeting you.
