  • You must stay with Rachel at Moan Laur B&B!! My husband and I were hiking the Dingle way and showed up in Camp (a few kilometers from the B&B) tired and wet. Rachel promptly came and picked us up, took us back to our room so that we coul shower and then took us back into town to have dinner. Our room was clean and spacious with lots of light. The bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast in the morning gave us plenty of energy for the next day and 18 km. we ate yogurt and fresh fruit followed by a traditional Irish breakfast that I can still taste! Rachel was lovely company and I would return in a heartbeat!!

  • Staying at Rachel's B&B could not have been a better start to our Ireland vacation. She made us feel so comfortable as guests in her home. She was genuine, helpful, and provided anything we needed. I would recommend her to anyone.

  • Rachel was a wonderful host! Her home was a cozy cabin an easy distance from Dingle and Kilarney.
I have family visiting Ireland in a few months, I'm sending them her way.

  • We had an excellent stay with Rachel! Her home is lovely and we felt very lucky to wake up in the morning and look right out over the mountains. She was extremely personable, gracious, and knowledgeable about the area, which helped us plan our outings. I would definitely recommend this B&B. Thanks again Rachel!!!

  • Great accommodation in an idyllic location!
Rachel has been a great host, extremely helpful and flexible. The bedroom I staid in had a window overlooking a breathtaking landscape. She is also very knowledgeable about the surroundings, and she recommended a very nice walk and a visit to the local pub, which I both enjoyed. I will certainly be back.

  • Our stay with Rachel was great, our room was quiet, comfortable and overlooked peaceful countryside. Rachel was able to direct us to nearby beaches within 10 minutes of her house where we walked & dined. Breakfast was really healthy and enjoyable, and we had a very pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.

About
Hi I've been living on the Dingle Peninsula, County Kerry, Ireland for the last 10 years. I'm originally from the UK , but gave up the corporate lifeIn Brighton to run a Bed and Breakfast. I have one daughter who is 8 years old born in 2005. The Bed and Breakfast is in the country side with mountain views. Its 25 minutes drive to Dingle town, and 40 minutes to Killarney and 40 minutes drive from Kerry Airport. There is a regular bus service which will operate from outside of the Bed and Breakfast, you just have to hold out your hand and the bus will stop. There is a petrol station in my closest village (3 miles) which houses a mini super market, ATM and launderette. Ashes bar in the village serves great food as does the Junction pub. On a Sunday night at 7pm the Junction provides traditional Irish music - which is always good fun. I'm a sociable, chatty and warm person who loves getting to know people from all over the world. The house is my own home so I like my guests to also feel at home. I'm a relaxed person but like fun times too. My daughter has been raised in the Bed and Breakfast and as she is on her own, loves it when other kids come to stay. I enjoy reading, socializing with friends, skiing, horse riding, movies and running the B&B. You only live once so do it with no regrets and to the full. Look forward to meeting you.
