Our property is located in one of the most beautiful seaside areas of Syracuse, a stone's throw from the protected Plemmirio Marine Area, and offers an enchanting view of the beautiful gulf. Renovated with every detail, it is located in a residence with a large private parking lot, pine forest and direct access to the sea (free beach and cliff).

The space
The house is located in an exclusive residence by the sea with a magnificent panoramic view of the large port of Syracuse, the island of Ortigia and the Maniace Castle. We are located on the east coast of Syracuse in the Isola Maddalena area within the Plemmirio Protected Marine Area, classified as a Specially Protected Area of Mediterranean Interest, and a stone's throw from the beaches of Fontane Bianche, Plemmirio and Arenella. The apartment, furnished, equipped and fitted with all comforts (Sky, air conditioning and heat pumps, video projector, free Wi-Fi, outdoor barbecue and hot tub) consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a hot tub and sea view for a total of 4 beds, a large bathroom with a shower with a waterfall, a large living room with a kitchenette and a window on a 160-square-meter terrace overlooking the sea, 20 square meters of which are covered.
The area in which the house is located represents the gateway to the Maddalena Peninsula, which faces the island of Ortigia together with the Porto Grande and the mainland. Syracuse was one of the largest metropolises in the ancient world and one of the largest polis in the Greek world.
