Its a renovated traditional farm house from1900 y old inside a spacious land with oaks,olive,waln.fruit tr,on 150m h.ab.sea,beautiful nature(streams u can swim,mountain hiking,sea,all walking distance,great food (fish,baked goat,vegan)!
The house is in 2 levels of 40m2 each, open space,2 fire pl,2 q.s beds,2d.sofa bed,2sin beds,sleep under stars, hammocks,indep.kitchen &wc.Aut photovoltaic syst full lighting,charg devices, el.fridge, no Wifi, kitchen,authentic,peaceful romant.spirit,meditation!

The space
Within the property are two trad.renovated houses, they are between Lakkoma and Makrylies/Xeropotamos reachable by a dusty rd 1,8km signed by yellow arrows from crossroad going to Lakkoma etc.., It's a hideout paradise away of city noise etc, for people appreciated the nature, n need to relax with the simple way of living, respect, caring the beauty of the nature, simplicity, authenticity. A nice way to escape from city daily activities and stress!☺
Not much electromagnetic fields, as exists autonom photovoltaic system -electric energy for full lighting , charging your devices, electric fridge, pure fresh atmosphere, very important -(at least in vacation-!)
No Wi.Fi.(on purpose, getting in touch more with ourselves and Nature ) You could find easily if you need it, close by to cafes in Xeropotamos, Lakkoma etc..!
Property welcomes nature lovers, naturists, spiritualists, inspired by Nature, musicians, writers, poets, artists etc.., guests to exchange positive energies!

Houses are well organized with very good mattresses/beds and excellent fresh cleaned sheets, towels provided! kitchen & bathroom outside, attached by house!
Many nice spots outdoors made for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty !
In open doors spaces you might have some fallen tree leaves,olives and dust, when it gets windy..
Within property there are cats, living, coming, going, need to be fed !
Dogs are welcome, need to be controlled, looked after by the guests, going for a walk to make their needs out of the propery!
Within the property there's a variety of herbs, as oregano, thym, tea, peppermint, local herbs are grown, need to be preserved! Thx!😊

Inside a quite spacious land with olive, oak, walnut, fig, fruit trees there are two Traditional stoned farm houses, old days essence, quite spacious distance (40-50m) between them (there's privacy), with lots of spots each other, with great energy, peaceful, nature, beautiful natural sounds (birds, wind,water, sheep goat bells..), makes a sageneutic environment perfect for nature lovers, to relax truly, observe and explore, great for meditation, yoga, natural activities, music-theatrical teams of people!

Solar power energy (photovoltaic) for full lighting, charging-plug in various devices, el.fridge, gas kitchen, esspresso cafeteria, burnt wood boiler for hot water, from the solar black tube too, traditional oven, bbq, very cool during the summer, no need of A/C, due to stoned walls of the building, simple and real way of living, alternative way of the stressful city way, relax, spiritual, convenient and joyful! Beautiful natural, authentic environment, peaceful, harmonic way of life, relax day, magic nights, sky full of very bright stars!!

Great positive energy, fits for yoga, meditation, music, theatr.performance..etc!

Great taverns around, in Pr.Ilias village baked traditional and local katsiki (goat), in Lakkoma beach two fine fish tavern, beach bar on Lakkoma beach, traditional coffe shop (kafeneio) inside Lakkoma village serving variety of small dishes (meze, veg.food as well), some other taverns also on the main street, beautiful kafeneio-tavern on the way to Xiropotamos waterfalls. must go to this canyon, nice trail till the first waterfall easy too!

Beaches close by in Makrylies, Lakkoma beach bar organiz.with umbrellas!. Pachia Ammos, the southern spot, nice bay, half organized with umbrellas & beach bars the other half free &..lovely!

In the way going to Pachia Ammos, it's an interesting ride, you meet a sign going left in a dusty road going high up to a very nice spot with a small 'church on a rock ' 'Panagia Krimniotissa' with breath taking view, must see & feel!😊

Everything appr.2,3,4 km around. Nice trails for hiking, exploring around property & area!!
