Shore Stunner celebrates its 100th Birthday this year, with a totally renovated interior. Gorgeous, exclusive, St. Leonard's Tract home, 2 blocks from beach, 1 house from the bay. High ceilings and high standards. Perfect for extended families who want to make memories and enjoy the sun and surf. 4 bedroom, 4 full bathrooms. Owner low key on premises in a separate apartment and entrance. Guest access is entire property with exception of the apartment and the garage. Enclosed yard, a rarity!

The space
Our home is a restored 1921 vintage home with a 1940's addition. Originally owned by the Ireland family of Ireland Coffee & Tea. Absolutely stunning, large spaces, high ceilings -- 2020 total renovation- old-world charm, modern amenities. New kitchen/brand new appliances and all 4 FULL brand new bathrooms-gorgeous newly refinished floors, freshly painted, 4 TVs, new ceiling fans. 4 bedrooms plus a sunroom with a pull-out couch. Bedroom 1) "The Aberdeen" - queen with en-suite bathroom 2) The "Hampshire" -queen bed with en suite bathroom Bedroom 3) "The Beach Street" one full bed and one twin bed Bedroom 4)"The Harvard Avenue" - two twin beds. Rooms 3 and four on the second level share a hall bath. Outdoor deck is off twin room. Six Beach chairs and 11 beach passes included. Try not to lose the beach passes, there is a $15 charge for each lost pass. Boating, fishing, kayaking 10 minutes drive to AC casinos. Walking or biking terrific on our 5 mile boardwalk (Ventnor and Atlantic City) , boating, kayaking, fishing, jet ski, paddle boarding, outlet shopping within minutes. Walk or five minute drive to Margate/Longport. Visit Lucy the Elephant! Charming, historic Cape May one hour south, cradle-of-liberty-Philadelphia, its museums, restaurants, concert events, sporting teams one hour west.
Great Ventnor restaurants, and new movie theatre with dinner available, opening soon. FIrst liquor license for Santuccis, with outdoor dining rooftop, walkable. A mile from Margate and AC nightlife. Fabulous for families. 25 minutes from Ocean City, best place for the rides with the kids, but he Ferris Wheel at Steel Pier, AC is worth a shot too $10.00 per person).

Great neighborhood for families -- babies, toddlers, teenagers, grandmas, grandpas all welcome! Two blocks from the beach, one house from the bay. Our street is wide, and has just four houses on it for an exclusive, year-rind resident fell. Works well for family reunions, special events and gatherings. Plenty of pretty front yard, patio, and fenced in beautiful, tranquil garden, which is rare in Ventnor. Minutes away from the new Stockton University campus, Atlantic City casinos, outlet shopping, Margate, and now Ventnor has two places with a liquor license: Santucci's and the movie theatre which is being renovated and will include dinner!

I am an advertising creative director/writer. My husband and kids live here in New Jersey. My family has had summer homes in Absecon island (Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate and Longport) and the nearby community of Brigantine for 5 generations. regular home is 40 miles west of NYC . After getting married we moved to New Jersey where we have been raising three kids -- We love to travel and have enjoyed being a part of hr Airbnb system for our own travels. We have rented a studio appartamento in Rome and a 4th floor walk-up in Paris and loved it. Regarding home life, I try to be a "balabusta" which in Yiddish means you keep a very clean home and know how to cook and entertain. I was raised by my real estate parents to leave a place the way I found it or better. And we hope our guests do the same. For mottos, I do try to take Ghandi's directive and be the change I want to see in the world! I greet each person as a universe unto themselves with friendship and happiness. I have friends from many stages of my life and I think people/friends are my hobby. :) Our goal as Airbnb hosts is to share our fabulous location and vacation hotspot with your, your family and friends. We are willing to go above and beyond with tips and advice for restaurants, things to do and general Ventnor shore life to make sure you all of our guests have a truly wonderful time.a

Plenty of room, plenty of space to be together in ways you just don't get in a hotel. We are around and available to answer questions, smooth out any issues, and help you maximize your stay by saving you time with our lifelong knowledge of the area. We also have a local caretaker to manage any issues that are beyond us, plumbing, electric etc.. We will discuss key and details once your inquiry is accepted and you book your stay.
