Close to Narragansett beaches, shopping, breweries and restaurants. Plenty to do and see nearby.

The space
A two story living area with walkout on both floors that link to a deck that connects by exterior stair case.

A fully stocked kitchen, features a drip coffee maker, coffee,lobster pot, pots, pans, baking pans, toaster oven, plates, cups and wine glasses, filtered water pitcher, ice trays, etc...The propane grill is located on the first floor deck and an outdoor table on each deck for dining.
Fans throughout, hangers in closets, extra blankets and a blow up mattress. Beach chairs and towels, dry goods and cooking amenities.

The house has standard amenities, first aid kit,shampoo, conditioner, soap and basic toiletries. Extra sheets and towels are provided. Laundry is located in the basement, the machines are brand new, detergent, dryer sheets and baskets are provided.

Short drive to RI Beaches, Newport Mansions, Block Island Ferry, Narragansett Beach, and many other amenities. Don't miss the local farms' fresh vegetables and local fun fall activities, breweries and restaurants! Local markets just a short drive from the house.
