The space

Please note: We are returning from traveling the last year and the pictures are from before we left. While many of the amenities are still the same, there may be some differences (decorations, exact furniture, etc.). Just message us if you have any questions about this.

Our condo is a newly built three bedroom unit. We have a large kitchen we love to share. We have a comfortable living room with fireplace, two porches with seating and a garden, and a great view of the city skyline.

Your room has a comfy full sized bed and its own private bath. We also have an office with a printer for your use, as well as free WiFi. There is a parking space located behind our building for you, too! Free washer + dryer use as well!

We are a short walk away from a few coffee shops and some awesome local restaurants. The subway, or "T", is a 6 min walk to the Red Line, bringing you into the city in about 15 minutes. Convenient to the Boston Common/Freedom Trail, Cambridge, Harvard and MIT, and Logan Airport. Plus, there is free and secure parking in a designated spot just for you!

This is a gay-friendly home. We speak English, Sign Language, y un poco Español tambien. Whoever you are and wherever you hail from, you'd be welcome!

Guest access

In addition to your private bedroom, you'll also have private use of a full bathroom. Common areas available to guests include, the kitchen, dining room, living room, and both front and back decks. The office is our home office, but we are happy to share use as availability allows.

Interaction with guests

We will often be available in person to make your stay more comfortable and answer any questions you might have. We will also be easily available through email, text message, or phone calls as needed.

The neighborhood

We love the diversity of our neighborhood! There are many interesting restaurants in the area, from Vietnamese to Indian to Caribbean. We also love that the area is mainly residential but still has great access into the city.

Getting around

The Shawmut Red Line T stop (subway) is a 6 min walk away.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time at Nate and Danielle's place in a quiet, residential neighborhood an easy train ride away from downtown Boston. The space was clean and modern, they offered a sweet continental breakfast with fresh fruit and even showed me how to use their coffee press! They also offered great recommendations for what to do during our stay. Included in the room is a delightfully organized folder of info and things to do in the area. It was a very warm and friendly experience, I would definitely return someday!

Danielle and Nate are excellent hosts, super nice and helpful. Their home is as described - spotless, beautiful and close to T. And the front balcony (with the view of the city) is perfect for take-out dinner and/or drink. Thank you for making our marathon weekend experience that much more memorable.

We spend few conformable days in Nate/Danielle’s home; they were welcoming and very helpful providing city information. We emphasize that room and entire premise was clean and we were glad to know we had a parking spot in an area where finding parking places at night time is not easy.

Nate and Danielle went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay in Boston. They weren't home when we arrived, but Nate texted very descriptive instructions on finding the key to enter their place as well as how to get inside. Their place is BEAUTIFUL, the shower is great, and they even provided snacks for us, as well as tea and coffee. Danielle gave us a great tour of the place once the four of us got together. The two of them are very friendly and we really enjoyed getting to know them, but we were sad we didn't have more time to hang out with them!

Danielle welcomed us at the door and gave us lots of useful local information. We were out and about for most of the time but Danielle and Nate enhanced our stay in their lovely apartment. Great neighbourhood & access to transport.

Nate and Danielle were perfect hosts and their apartment was wonderful. They gave us clear instructions to reach the apartment when we arrived in Boston, and when we arrived Danielle welcomed us in and made us feel at home. The apartment itself was clean and modern with two lovely balconies and our room and bathroom had been equipped with everything we might need. Nate & Danielle provided us with a nice breakfast every morning and Nate even made us delicious coffee in the mornings! The neighbourhood was lovely and safe and Nate & Danielle's recommendations were excellent. The journey into town was simple and quick, so we were brilliantly placed for exploring the city. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boston and would highly recommend Nate & Danielle's apartment to anyone. Thanks again!

Beautiful house and nice hosts. we had a really pleasant moment staying here. there is a large and lovely balcony to enjoy. we loved the peacefulness of the place and the fact that everything is being recycled. Tea,coffee and cereals are provided for breakfast. The place is 7-10mn walk to the subway (red line) and it is about 15-20mn to downtown Boston.

Nate + Danielle User ProfileNate + Danielle is a superhost.

We are a young married couple who love hosting and sharing our home! We have just returned from a year of traveling the globe and are excited to share our experiences and our home with fellow travelers.

Nate is a software engineer and Danielle is a sign language interpreter and health communications professional.

We've lived in Boston for about 11 years and love running, triathlons, hiking, and getting out in the fresh air. Five things we can't live without? Hmmm... our crockpot, our running shoes, our hammock, popcorn, and a good book.
