Ocean View in Southern Cebu, located near Oslob, Santander, Samboan area on the Santander/Samboan Lines at the southern tip of Cebu Island. Very close to whale shark watching, water falls, and some of the best scuba diving in the world. Easy access to Dumaguete City, Dolphin Watching in Bais, or drive to Cebu City. A quiet and peaceful setting away from the city.

This is not a sub division or apartment complex this is a private, american owned house with large 4000 sq meter lot. The house is 2 unit condo/duplex style 2 levels. Very quiet private location 1 km from the highway with barangay road access. Both long and short term leases are available and welcome.
