Are you looking to enjoy the adventures of out doorTahoe and not spend a bunch of money on a place? This nice little cottage is detached from the main house with a small apartment up stairs. This cute little place is clean and cozy but not super fancy and priced accordingly. The cottage will hold 2 adults and 3 children or 4 adults comfortably. Located in Meyers/South Lake you have a small fishable/paddle lake a couple blocks away with miles of hiking around it and along the Upper Truckee River.

The space
Your separate little cottage has what you will need to enjoy your trip. It is a simple spot with 1 bedroom for kids or an extra couple and a 2nd bedroom with a new cozy queen bed. Throw down your gear and not a bunch of cash. Get outside and enjoy what you came here for the beautiful outdoors. We have found our most satisfied guests are the ones that are here for adventure. If you are looking for granite counter tops and the newest and best of everything then you should look elsewhere. If you love the Tahoe vibe you’ll love this place!

When we are home we enjoy guest interaction. We are a family of 5. We lead busy lives between work, school and a multitude of sports. We understand people’s needs or wishes for privacy so it’s up to each family. We are always available for guest’s needs and questions.
