ROOM: Brand new queen size Sealy Posturepedic bed, clean bed linens are provided. Sofa converts into a bed that sleeps 2 adults. Wi-fi and a dining table are also available. NOTE: There is No TV.

Only a 3 minute walk to the Hike & Bike Trail on Lady Bird Lake and the Expedition School for kayak, stand up paddle board, and canoe rentals. There is also a small convenient store across from our house for all your drink, snack, ice cream, misc needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing's local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.

HOUSE RULES: Please turn off AC/heater when checking out. Smoking is welcome outdoors only. Dispose cigarettes in outdoor trash bin behind apartment.

US: My husband and I enjoy meeting new people and have used AirBnB in our travels as well with great success. We work during the week, but you can find us either relaxing at home or hanging out on the east side.

Our newly renovated spacious guest house iis with its own private entrance is available in the great Holly neighborhood of East Austin that's about 1 mile from downtown. This space is also a detached separate structure from the main house.
