Located in a quiet neighborhood, this unit houses 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room, all private to your convenience and fully equipped.

Robson park is across the street, perfect for kids and families. There is a playground and park located right across our house.

Bus stops (no. 316 and 323) 2-minute walk away will get you to Surrey Central Skytrain Station. The rest of the Greater Vancouver Area is easily accessible from there.

The space
The Guesthouse is located on the bottom floor of the house. Upon arrival, the guests can open the gate themselves. Afterwards, they will go straight to the back of the house. The Guesthouse will be located on the guests' left side when they first enter the gate. The key and code for the doors will be given to the guests a few days prior to their arrival. One room is made up of a queen size bed and the second bedroom has bunk bed of double bed and twin bed. There is a bathroom that includes a shower and bathtub. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, of which you can watch the T.V. on. Floors are heated in the winter and the space is cool in the summer. The suite was completely overhauled and renovated, so everything is in perfect working condition. We do our best to create a quiet and restful atmosphere for our guests in the suite.

There is a playground and park located right across our house. So if you want to relax, the park is a perfect place for a casual stroll. Enjoy the comfort of nature that will be a few steps away from you!

Our jobs keep us busy throughout the week, but our work schedules are vastly different, so you're very likely to find somebody home. We are also iphones and androids away from you, so hit the messaging apps if you need anything and we will try to respond within minutes!
