In an exceptional setting, you can enjoy a 270° panoramic view between the ocean and nature. You will dive on Motu Nono, the port of Taravao, the mountains of the east coast of Tahiti, the surf beach of Pueu and its village. From July to November you can watch the whales, enjoying the calm and the east trade winds.

Located on the east coast of the peninsula in Maraeapei, Cathy and Thierry's villa is a unique residence in terms of its history and design, given its geographical location. We wanted to design a "home to live in" that is resolutely of its time: comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and respectful of its environment. To achieve this, we did not shy away from obstacles, not even the one related to the distance from Papeete.
A place with simplicity, designed by architect Laure Cumin, who wanted to design a traditional faré and integrate it into the 3500 m² of land and create natural air conditioning.
Hot water is provided by a 300-liter solar water heater.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV, as well as 2 bedrooms with a dressing room.
You will also have free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor in the Natura bedroom, a 160x200 cm double bed and a 100x200 cm single bed, with a toilet and a double sink bathroom with a walk-in shower opening onto the garden. It has a private terrace.
Upstairs, there is a master suite with a 180x200 cm king-size bed, an office area with ocean views, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower overlooking the garden, and a separate powder room. It has a private terrace with 2 deckchairs, 2 chairs and a small round table to enjoy the panoramic view.
At the center of the house, a large 70 m2 patio, with a guest toilet, allows you to have meals in the shade and sheltered from the weather.
You will have a covered garage for 1 car and an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine and clothesline.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire villa, except the room reserved for the storage of linen and cleaning products, near the laundry room.

Located in Afaahiti, after crossing the Taravao Plateau agricultural estate,on the Marumaruatua plateau at an altitude of 200 m, you have panoramic views of the motu Nono, the port of Faratea, the mountain range of the east coast of Tahiti, for whale watching from July to November.
At the end of the end, with this feeling of being at the level of water, we remain suspended for the pleasure of contemplation. The panorama is there, the breeze is always light, the lagoon nearby, the living reef, and you can finally find a form of inner peace. “It's the void of the mind!”
It's a break between dream and reality or after dark, enthusiasts will be able to observe the moon and the stars.
