Farmhouse on Orchard/Vineyard near Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison National Forests. Original hardwood floors that have been restored. Our venue boasts beautiful panoramic views of all of the surrounding National Parks and Forests, which include the San Juan’s, Gunnison Gorge, West Elks, and the West Muddy Creek Region. Pet and 420 Friendly 1 Gig high speed fiber optic internet. Lots of local Wineries and Hard Cider. Free and Legal Gift for 420 enthusiasts. No outlets for electric cars.

The space
Our recently renovated farmhouse with original hardwood floors is nestled in the heart of the (GMUG).Each room is comfortably decorated and each bed is outfitted with organic cotton sheets. The queen bed in the 1st room and twins in the 3rd room are all memory foam mattresses.
We are close to Grand Mesa for fishing, hiking, and winter sports. There is a fire pit outside, a kid friendly room upstairs. (EMAIL HIDDEN)

Guest access
Private yard, and private parking. Guided walks through operational orchard/vineyard. Outdoor dog run/kennel (with owners supervision only, small dogs could be carried away by eagles). Please know that trespassing is taken very seriously. Our home is located on the same farm so it’s for my families personal safety as well as well as your own. Every guest must be included on the booking for liability purposes. This is an operational farm, so there is are security alarms on the gates as well as multiple security cameras.
