We had a lot of fun during our stay at Seagrape House over the winter holidays. Chris welcomed us with a basket of goodies--the Toblerones and nuts were a hit! We joked with him about hoping for a tree and presents, and were shocked and delighted to find a bag of wrapped goodies hanging on the fence when we opened the door to leave for a morning walk along the intercoastal (just a block away!) on Christmas day!
The house was comfy and the kitchen a great place to cook in. Good books about old Florida too. A short walk to downtown Northwood, where we stopped each morning for the best baguette ever!
Our stay at the Seagrape house was very pleasant. Chris is a fantastic host. We arrived to a very thoughtful "welcome" basket, and, since our stay was so long, he actually brought us a second gift! The house was only a short drive to the downtown area and right next to the intercostal waterway.
From the moment I showed interest in Chris's listing, he reciprocated with invaluable attention and care to any questions I had. Once I arrived, his courtesy did not waver. I was immediately greeted with a delicious welcoming package and pristine cozy home (that was a short drive away from the beach and downtown area).
Chris was thorough in providing me with recommendations on restaurants, attractions, and more in West Palm Beach, emphasizing that he was only a call away. Anytime we spoke, Chris was filled with a smile, warmth and a genuine energy that uplifted you. He even dropped off another yummy treat!
It was noticeable that although he recently joined the AirBnB community, his experience in real estate empowered him to provide his guests the best stay possible. This was home away from home.
My family and I provide short and long term rentals in the West Palm Beach area. With attention to detail we try to accommodate all of our guests needs. We are quite proud of our long term rental program with our average tenancy in the 4-5 year range. At the present time our legal allowed tenancy is one month, however we are in the process of transitioning towards the short term rental market and applying for the appropriate licensing.
In addition to managing rental properties, Christopher is and avid cyclist riding off and on road. He volunteers as the social director of Club Force the local mountain bike club which maintains the public trail system in Palm Beach County. He also leads many group rides on an off road. If your a biker we can hook you up with trails and maps for all of South Florida.
