we - Christina and Jürgen - are very pleased to welcome you to the "Villa on the Baltic Sea" as a guest of our holiday apartment and would like to thank you for your trust.

The villa is a beautiful attic house above Hohwacht Bay. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and has 100 pm living space offering each guest a cozy atmosphere. Roof terrace,garden, playground with swing, 1terrace with seating, parking.

The space
The holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of our house. In the apartment there is a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The living/dining room is very comfortably furnished for about 6 people with sofa corner and dining table. Here you can watch television, play board games or simply read a book. The TV package offers ( SKY, DVD). They have Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and there is the option to book 1 extra bed and/or 1 cot. In the bedroom are a wardrobe, a dresser and chairs. The second bedroom has its own full bathroom with access from the bedroom. There is a double bed, wardrobe,
dresser and chairs. Both bedrooms can be darkened with curtains. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. And leaves nothing to be desired with a bathtub, shower, large sink, toilet and bidet. Both
full baths are available in the same standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The cupboards are equipped with pots, cutlery and crockery and invite you to a sociable cooking evening.

There are lots of beautiful and clear bathing lakes in the area, the Baltic Sea is also only about 10 minutes away.
In about 2.5km distance there are various shops, which are open from April to October also on Sundays.
You can also visit the Baltic Sea resort Hohwacht and Fischerdorf, close by with its designed 18 hole golf course and views of the Baltic Sea and the large inland lake. Plön, Malente, Lütjenburg, Eutin, Lübeck and Kiel are interesting cities in the area. For golfing, swimming, sailing, fishing, hiking, cycling and relaxing you are right with us.
