Open floor plan. Enter to sitting area with kitchen and additional sitting area to the left. Bedroom and bathroom to right.

Guest access
You'll park in the rear entry parking spot off the alley with direct access to the outside stairwell getting you to the 2nd floor.

Other things to note
We have a playful doodles, an Aussie-doodle and Irishdoodle in the backyard. We have arranged to keep them from accessing the parking pad and stairs.
