The space
Entire home with 2 separate bedrooms. Rental is private, clean and well appointed. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything included to cook a gourmet meal. Easy access to everywhere in Denver. Near all the major sports stadiums, RiNo, Downtown, City Park and the Zoo.

Guest access
Guest will have full access to the carriage house except for the garage space.

Entry is fully private with keyless entry making it easy and convenient for our guests to come and go as they need. Free Wifi. Laundry in apartment-detergent provided, bath products provided. Coffee and tea provided. Free and easy parking in front of the rental.
