The Space

This space is incredibly unique, a mix of natural art and hand crafted design that you will see no where in the Osa! We are three stories of exciting views, enchanting animals at every turn and full of fun and adventure or relaxation.

Guest Access

Our guests have a private path to the beach, acres of pristine jungle to explore. We have a gated driveway and are in an exclusive area that sits above the ocean with only a few neighbors that you will never come across.

Interaction with Guests

We are in the United States currently awaiting the arrival of a baby boy. We have a full time caretaker and a management company that is ready to assist all of your needs from flights within Costa Rica, car rentals, tour coordination of all types of adventures from whale watching to surfing. They are ready to help you with no additional cost to you.

The Neighborhood

Matapalo is a very special area that is still full of pristine jungle, exotic flowers and animals and some of the warmest locals you will meet. It's a community that is run off of solar power, living life in the most green way imaginable and it's an inspiration to be a part of!

Getting Around

We have a local "collectivo" that runs several times a day to Puerto Jimenez, the local pueblo. You can check with our caretaker for the most current times.

Other Things to Note

Due to being one of the few raw places left in Costa Rica most of our roads are not paved, with many rios crossing the way. You will need a 4x4 when visiting the area.

House Rules

We expect our guest to respect the wildlife. There is no hunting, no feeding the animals and no agitating the animals. We cherish the wildlife here and we want them to have a beautiful environment to live in synchronistically with us so we can enjoy them for our lifetimes and future generations to come.
