A member of our local team will greet you, assist with check-in, and help you get settled. We can also help arrange airport transfers, tours, excursions, private chef service, extra cleaning, and other services upon request. Additional fees may apply.

・The elevator is currently out of service. The penthouse is on the 5th and 6th floors, so guests must use the stairs.
・Early check-in may be possible depending on availability - please ask in advance.
・Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM.
・Power or water interruptions are rare but may occasionally happen in the area. Our team will assist as quickly as possible if they occur.
・Towels are provided according to the number of guests included in the reservation.
・We do not provide snorkeling equipment for hygiene reasons.
・Airport transfers, private chef service, extra cleaning, excursions, and other services may be arranged for an extra fee.
