This 84-square-meter, 2-bedroom condo includes a 50" smart TV, a washing machine, and a gym.
Only a 5-minute walk to Klong Muang Beach.
Close to shops, yet located in a quiet area.
Due to renovations, the pool will be closed from 24 June to 20 August 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The space
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 1 living area, and 1 kitchen.
Main bedroom: 1 King bed, air-conditioning, a dressing table with a hair dryer & a chair, and access to the large balcony.
A wardrobe contains a safe box, clothes hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. It comes with its own bathroom, which has a bathtub.
An extra bed or a crib can be placed in this bedroom.
Second bedroom: 1 Queen bed with air conditioning and access to the large balcony. A wardrobe with clothes hangers and a dressing table with a chair are available.
Bathroom 1: features a toilet, a basin, a hand shower (hot & cold water), a head shower (cold water), and a bathtub (cold water), and is located in the main bedroom. Shower gel and shampoo are provided.
Bathroom 2: features a toilet, a basin, a hand shower (hot & cold water), and a head shower (cold water), and is located between the kitchen and the main bedroom. Shower gel and shampoo are provided.
The living room: a 50-inch TV which you can watch and log-in to your Netflix/YouTube, an internet router, an AC, a fan, a sofa, a dining table with chairs, and access to two balconies.
Large balcony: a jacuzzi, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.
Please note that the motor of the jacuzzi has been taken out, but you can still fill the water in.
Small balcony: a small table and a chair.
Kitchen: a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a rice cooker, cookware (e.g. pan and pot), and kitchenware (e.g. spoons, forks, spatula, knives, and dishes).

- Cats are in the condo's common areas (lobby, pool, and parking), but they do not enter your unit.
- The first aid kit is located in our family lounge. Message us if you need assistance.
- We provide a free weekly cleaning service. For additional cleaning (500 baht per service, including bedding changes), please inform us at least two days in advance.
- Electricity and water are included for stays of less than 28 nights.
For stays over 27 nights or with a monthly Airbnb discount, electricity is charged at 7 baht per unit and water at 45 baht per unit. Monthly electricity bills typically range from 3,000 to 6,000 baht but may reach 9,000 baht depending on usage.
- Contact us for monthly rates if you plan to stay longer than one month.

Sawaddee Krub! We are a Thai family. I'm a maritime pilot in Krabi. I was a ship captain who traveled around the world. My wife, Nadia, is managing the Airbnb with me.
We have 1 son (Max) and 2 daughters (Pop & Fahsai). Max is pursuing a Ph.D. in the US after obtaining degrees from Cambridge and Copenhagen. Pop graduated in hospitality, as well as Fahsai in service, and they answer all your messages. Please say hello to them when messaging us.
