Hi Shahram, I'm sorry that you feel this way. As you are aware in the house rules, we ask that guests do not make noise after 11 pm, as other guests are working or have classes in the morning. Therefore, I asked Heidi to remind your group (the two registered Airbnb guests, as well as your family members who showed up) of that fact (after 11 pm). I was also involved with my co-host's approach to your additional family members showing up from out of province, and your last minute request that they sleep on the floor of your room. I - not the co-host - was "inflexible" on that matter, as a request of that nature that is made of me at 9:30 pm "our family just arrived from Montreal and needs a place to stay and if they can't sleep on the floor they will sleep outside in the car" seems coercive in nature, and I don't typically respond well to that. In fact, I know many "students" and I daresay that they plan with more foresight. I typically don't answer reviews but in this case I want to emphasize to other prospective guests that 1) Heidi and I enforce late night noise policy, particularly through the week and 2) If you want to modify your reservation and changes in your group size, it is prudent to make these requests with anticipation, as it is a very popular Airbnb (the reviews testify to this) and we don't want to compromise the experience of other guests by cramming more people into the space. I suggest that your 3 star rating for "Communication" is inaccurate: rather, you just didn't get the answers you were looking for.
