Teresa and Robert are exuberantly welcoming. Delicious coffee in the AM delivered to your door if you want it and every sweetness they can manage. The place is lovely: clean, airy and comfortable, the neighborhood fun and there is a great place to walk nearby. Highly recommend!
Our trip to Tampa turned out to be a wonderful experience. The best part was meeting Robert and Theresa. They are both humble and welcoming.
Robert brings coffee every morning which taste wonderful, and he also made tea for my boyfriend. When we arrived they had snacks waiting for us, and the fridge had some groceries as well. Robert and Theresa's Airbnb was quiet, and it reminded me of a mind, body and spirit retreat. There was no TV, so my boyfriend and I were able to appreciate each others presence as we also socialized with Rob and Theresa.
Our goal was to visit Tampa, but at the same time we also made friends. Rob and Theresa are very special people, and it is very rare to find people that are open to socializing with our age group. We immediately felt comfortable with them as they made us feel like family. Robert and Theresa, we send you both many blessings and success with your Airbnb, and we hope that all the positive energy you gave to us, returns with a lifetime of positive surprises.

Our stay was great. Both Teresa and Robert were very friendly and helpful. The coffee delivery in the morning was a nice touch (and it's good coffee). The place was very clean. I found the futon mattress to be incredibly comfortable, though my boyfriend (who prefers firmer mattress) did have a little bit of difficulty sleeping on it. The location worked out perfectly. We were able to get to Channelside, Ybor and Hyde Park all quite quickly. Would stay here again.
Peaceful. Heavenly. Sanctuary are just a few words to describe the environment, atmosphere and hospitality of the hosts I was honored to meet and abide in their beautiful safe haven. The park was beautiful and only a couple steps out my front door. The water and park environment gave me so much energy and made my morning and night rituals for exercise easy!!! The charming kitchen faces gorgeous frees with the sun shining in to make me want to face everyday with gratitude. This place is more than a nights rest it is a rejuvenation, restoration and renewal of mind body and soul. No amount of money could have truly valued the experience I took away from this stay. I hope you all can experience the joy these people bring with their food conversation and divine atmosphere they have created for you to experience . I have traveled the world gone to 16 countries toured nationally stayed in 5 star hotels resort.. The ritz you name it !!! and this was by far the best place I have ever stayed in. No words could justify my recommendation, just show up.... And the rest will fall into place for you for whatever reason you are looking to lay your head for however long your stay.
We enjoyed this great attached studio with off the street parking. The location was convenient and the community was lovely. Robert brought us fresh-brewed coffee from a local roaster daily and generously provided snacks for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was simple but comfortable. Everything was very clean and we immediately felt right at home. The cottage was 10 minutes from downtown Tampa and about 40 minutes from Clearwater and St. Pete. Robert made great suggestions about nearby bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend this cottage for your stay!
Driving into this charming historic Tampa area was a beautiful drive. The trees, the river and the homes are quite special. Upon arriving, the space is even more lovely in person. You walk into a sacred space that is pristinely clean, well decorated and has a wondrous sense of ownership. We were greeted every morning with a fresh pot of coffee and a big smile. Robert and Teresa have incredible energy and it was a true joy to be in their space, it felt like home. The location was very easy to get around, we fished at the river (walking distance), ventured to down town and the Florida fairgrounds. Wonderful eateries are really close as well as a few special craft beer bars.
We (my 9 year old son and I) had a wonderful stay with Robert and Teresa. We arrived after midnight but Robert came out to greet us and show us the way. Every morning they would bring the lovely hibiscustea (way too much for me to drink by myself :-)) . The place was nice, clean, comfortable and welcoming, nicely decorated. There was food and drinks in the fridge for us to use, they had made a full basket of chips and things for my son, which I think was a lovely thought. We spent some time talking to Robert. Overall a good en worthwhile experience. When we are in Tampa again, I sure hope this cottage will be available to us again. Thank you Robert and Teres and good luck with all your plans!
