Firstly, I would like to thank you for the compliments on our house and location. Secondly, I would like to mention that the apartment is very new and therefore what happens is fixing of any teething problems that come up in any new construction once occupied. This is exactly what you experienced with the shower.The sink on the other hand was found with hair that either you or your visitors had washed down and when you/visitors tried to unblock it, they broke the flex. I understand that once a house is occupied it is inevitable to have small issues upon use and this is the reason I did not charge you for any of the services but rather decided to provide free housekeeping to make sure my cleaner kept the house in order.Thirdly, about being checked in to a different apartment for the first night, that was because we had an issue with the lock of the initially booked apartment. I explained to your roommate who was arriving a night before you but I understand you were not aware. I apologise for not informing you too. I assumed she had communicated.Sadly, you did not mention in your review this applied for only the first night. Last but not least,Professionalism! I addressed all complaints (even those brought through numerous midnight calls from you and your visiting friends in noisy places and at times very drunk). through formal letters that you actually signed and agreed to fix any mess and co-signed by the management team. I adhered to this fully.Thanks.
