MOAB VIEWS ALL AROUND Charming, unique octagon home with stunning views from the wraparound deck. Peaceful neighborhood setting 12 minutes from downtown Moab. Recently updated kitchen and remodeled bathroom with 6 foot tub. Easy access to summer trail-heads in the La Sals, mountain bike trails on the south side of town, golfing, and Ken's Lake. Wifi is through Starlink giving 100Mbps. Level 2 Juicebox 40 EV charger located by ADU which is a converted garage.

The space
Views of mountains and red rock walls from outside deck as well as from interior windows. Modern decor features all new furniture and memory foam beds. Open living rooms on ground and upper levels. For questions regarding pets, oversized vehicle access and house rules, please click on "more," below. New 77" TV in living room. TV screens in most rooms.
Recently remodeled bathroom has custom tile shower and 6' bathtub.

We are happily participating in the AirBnB "Enhanced Cleaning Protocol" and have easily met all criteria prior-to this designation.

Please note: Quiet neighborhood so not appropriate for big party's or off-roaders.

Things to know before booking—Pets & Over-sized Vehicles:
Pets: We are pet-friendly people and understand how difficult it is to leave the fur-kids at home. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask pet parents to agree to the following Pet Policy before booking:

I have read and agreed to the following Pet Policy and I promise that:
My pet is not aggressive, is up to date with vaccinations and is well-socialized with other animals and with other people.
My pet is free of ticks and fleas.
My pet will be with me under my care at all times. (We can provide boarding or pet-sitting resources should you wish to engage in an activity that is not pet-friendly.)
My pet will be on a leash and under my control when outside. (For their safety, it is imperative that pets are under leash control at all times out here in our agricultural zone!)
I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste. (We provide bio bags.)
I will keep all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches covered with the provided pet sheets and blankets, if my FurKid is an incorrigible couch surfer :).
I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my pet during my stay.

Please note: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we are not an appropriate dwelling for motorized recreationists (motorcycles, razors, jeep enthusiasts). We cater to hikers and mountain bikers.

Trailers: In our neighborhood there is no roadside parking. All vehicles must be contained in our driveway. (We have a drive through driveway that can accommodate the equivalent of 2 Subaru station wagons in width, parked snugly, and it is about 50/55 feet long. One can also park 2–3 other passenger vehicles in our C-shaped turn-around.) Oversized vehicles not meeting our max length can be stored (reservation and fee required) less than a mile away at Sunny Acres Storage, or at one of the short-term storage facilities in town (Kane Creek Storage is another good one, with handy access to popular trails.)

Neighborhood highlights

The lot is located on 1 acre with unobstrcuted views of mountains and red rock walls. It is a neighborhood setting with large lots, so we do ask for outside noise to be toned down by 10 PM. But large lots sizes mean most neighbors are not very close to the house.

Avid mountain biker, skier, and long term moab associate. We have a consulting company that does wildlife surveys throughout the moab area so are extremely knowledgeable about road access throughout the area. Happy to help set up your back-country adventures. Host occasionally lives on site in separate unit.
