The space
The Station in Central Park, at Starin and Amherst, was known as the Bennett Station. It was owned by Buffalo Cement and leased by New York Central and Hudson River Railroad. After WWI, the Beltline gradually faded from existence due to the development of trolley lines and automobiles.

The station was sold to the Boy Scouts and was used as a scout’s headquarters until after WWII. It is now privately owned and is the only surviving station on the Belt Line. This train station is the only train station from the Belt Line still standing.

It is a modern house in a historic shell. The architecture is unique. The home has 2 bathrooms. The first floor bathroom has a heated floor, stainless steel kitchen, Theater sound and large screen tv. The home is fully automated.

Located near the thriving Herlel Avenue commercial strip and near to Delaware Park this is the ideal location. Centrally located between UB, Canisius College and Buffalo State. A bus stop is at the corner and the subway is 2 blocks away.

The home was filmed for HGTV "You live in What" television show and is a special home filled with history and modern technology and elegance.

Designer of Luxury products, this home is the image of my wife and our shared vision of a European style home with all the modern amenities. I am a perfectionist and living in a home from the 1890's was a great canvas to create an amazing living space. We love to travel and our home is made for remote control, I am some what of a geek and have incorporated modern technology in a historical building. This home was filmed by "You Live In What" on HGTV and it is fun to live in a very private setting with built in pool, jacuzzi and set far off the street. Very Private, like me.
