Interaction with Guests
As there are two rooms listed on Airbnb, there may be interaction with other guests (additional in the twin room). The third room is my home office. I am in and out all the time if you need me. I am always available by text.
We are located directly across from FSU's Alumni Village. We are a few minutes walk to the FSU/FAMU Engineering Department which is located in Innovation Park.
We are also a short driving distance from Gaines Street and College Town (20 min walk). Those areas have great restaurants, clubs and shops.
There are several rentals in the area for students and families. However, both of my next door neighbors are homeowners like me.
We are located within a short distance of FSU campus. From our house to the stadium is 4 minutes by car and 40 min by foot.
Tallahassee has a bus system that runs in front of the house. The free FSU bus is two minutes walk from the house and will take you directly to the stadium in a 15 min ride. The D bus drops off at Duval and St Augustine next to the capital (16 min).
We are on the Star Metro D line, at night the number 4 and we are on the Innovation campus line. I have maps available for you. They can also be accessed online and with phone apps.
Tallahassee also has several cab companies.
We are 4.7 miles from the Tallahassee Airport, and 1 mile from FSU stadium.

When I arrived at Rhanis place I felt totally welcome from the first minute. She cares a lot about her guests and is a open minded and extremly friendly person. I deninitely can recommand her as host!
Rahni was such a delight. Me and my cousin stayed with her for a night. We talked about some science some psychology and culture. It was great. My cousin immediately felt comfortable and he was the most weary of the two. Thanks for such great time.
Rahni was a fabulous host. I have simple needs while visiting my daughter at Fsu and the room worked out great. Rahni really put the extra touch in making me feel at home in her cozy house. Thanks for the stay. I enjoyed some of the sites you had displayed on the shelves.
Great stay and excellent hospitality. Good location and splendid soft bed and towels :)
Rahni was a very nice host, very informative and helpful. Her place was very nice, quaint, and very convenient. The location was great. Only minutes away from everything, which we loved. Didn't have to worry about a long drive back after hanging out for the night. That's really what we were shooting for. We also loved the complimentary bottle of wine also. We thought that was very nice.
The Host couldn't have been nicer or attentive. However, perhaps due to my lack of thorough vetting, I did not realize that this would be a small three bedroom bungalow with one communal bathroom. My room, nor the living room had a TV, and that was a problem. I had no problems with the neighborhood. The accommodations were good except as noted.
Harold, again thank you for your stay. All of the things you mentioned in your review were items mentioned in my listing: home size, bathrooms and no television provided in the double bedroom. I do not have a television in that room because it shares a wall with my bedroom and I wouldn't want to provide a guest with anything that I wouldn't want them to enjoy at anytime while staying in my home. That is why I provide one in the living room and they are free to watch it at any time. The living room is a distance that wouldn't disturb me or other guests in the other two bedrooms during a rest.
There are plenty of television watching experiences to be had on on the living room TV: from DVDs to television shows and news broadcasts. There is no cable because I have X-Box Live service. The service allows a user to access my Netflix account and among many apps, ESPN. You indicated that watching football was your only television desire. If you recall, I spoke with you by phone walking you through the process to access the ESPN app on the living room TV. Although, the instructions were provided in the digital house manual, I took the 20 minutes to step by step, walk you through the X-Box usage into the ESPN app. At any given time there are multiple pre-recorded games from ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN3. There is also access to most live games unless they have a network blackout. The majority of my Airbnb guests find that instant access is preferred to being restricted to the minimal options of live cable.
I am sorry that you found the television to be a problem with your stay. However, it sounds like an unrealized problem was information access. If you want me to walk you through the screens and places in the Airbnb site that you may have missed I will be glad to help you. The thing that I love about Airbnb is knowing what you are getting before you enter into the stay. This is a great community and I wouldn't want you to be dissatisfied because you were unable to access the provided information.
Rahni was a great host! Very accommodating as myself and 2 other guests were in town for an FSU game. She went above and beyond to show us around town and to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her house is in a very convenient location, walking distance to the stadium. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

I love dancing, freestyle-codified...anything where you are moving to the music. I love eating out to places with types of food that I can't cook. I have a degree in Theatre Arts but I love business, and community development. I can't stay off of a campus.
I have been out of the country several times, but I also enjoy traveling domestically. I am a very open person and look forward to meeting all kinds of people.
