The appartment was very wel equipped and spacious, in a calm neighbourhood with good public transportation as wel as a nice outside environment (i.e. the path following the river Mur). Just what we wanted!

Very nice and comfy flat. The heating worked very well (my stay was in december). I was really satisfied. As a little suggestion I would mention a little shelf for the clothes, so that they do not have to be kept in the suitcase over the stay.

We stayed at the apartment in June’16. The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean and comfy. TV, internet, comfortable bed and well equiped kitchen - no matter, one night or one week, you will find all you need. The apartment is located in quite, residential area with free parking, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, 15 minutes by tram to the city center. You can check in any time, key is in safety box. We recommend!

We found this apartment to be comfortable for our 2 nights' stay in Graz. It was well equipped and even though there wasn't a washing machine in the apartment, Alexandra offered to do a load of washing for us. The apartment is within walking distance of a large supermarket and the bus stop which takes you to the tram stop into town. Alexandra has an easy system for picking up and returning the key. Our only suggestion would be that the apartment have some more information for visitors e.g. how to travel into town. Alexandra did answer all of our queries very promptly, though, and was very helpful.

The best automatic system for checking in so far. Easy access to key, absolute privacy. Fully equipped apartment fit for longer stays as well. Cosy, silent apartment, all household appliances provided, parking is no problem. Internet, TV and everything are as advertized. Shopping facilities in the near, forest and hiking/biking trails are close. City center is farther, easily accessible by bike or public transport, though. Well worth the price.
