Our stay in Gerardo's apt was great. It was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the fully outfitted kitchen. He was helpful in attempting to fix a minor issue with the TV.
Gerardo was very accommodating and the apartment was a relaxing stop for me and my band mates.
Gerardo was extremely polite and helpful. The apartment itself was in great shape and very nice. Everything was clean and came with dishes and the basics for cooking. He even supplied me with a few beers from local breweries. Could not have asked for a better or more hospitable person. The neighbors that I met in the building were also very polite and friendly.
Our experience at Gerardo's apartment was great. The apartment was exactly as described. Picking up the keys was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Madison. The wine and beer was a nice touch too!
Gerardo was a wonderful host! The apt was exactly as advertised and was a cozy place for our group of 3 to spend the night. It's a short 10-minute drive to campus and downtown, so it was a great spot for us as we checked out the University of Wisconsin. Thanks for having us!
It was a relaxing time for me and my wife. It was our babymoon and want to thank Gerardo for his hospitality.
Great cozy little space, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, very neat and tidy. Thank you!
We were unable to stay with Gerardo due to a family emergency, which he was very understanding of. Look forward to renting from you in the future
Place had beautiful wood floors. Gerardo was flexible on key pick up time and accommodated us with an additional air mattress. Location is close to Alliant Center. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Overall, a good stay. Gerardo is very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Everything is pretty much exactly as advertised, and as other reviewers have pointed out, Gerardo adds nice touches (a bottle of wine and a couple of beers in my case--both appreciated). Another reviewer mentioned the thin walls which is true, but was never an issue for me. I could hear the neighbors walking around and their dog barked a few times. Not a problem.
The bed was a little stiff for my taste, but there's a queen sized air mattress in the apartment which was perfect.
If you've never been to Madison, be aware that you're a 10 minute drive from downtown and there isn't much around the apartment. But the neighborhood is quiet, and it's easy to get around if you have a car.
