My husband and I had a very nice stay at Gerardo's. It was just as described online, clean, tidy, and very accommodating. We reserved our one night stay the morning of and he was so quick to respond. He even left us a bottle of wine as it was our anniversary that day!
Gerardo was there to greet me when I arrived, and was a lovely host. He showed me all the amenities of the apartment and then effaced himself, checking by email every 2-3 days to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. The apartment was small but scrupulously clean and nicely arranged. I made a couple of suggestions for future improvements, but really it was lovely just as it was. The neighborhood was blissfully quiet even though the Beltline freeway was just over the hill, there was adequate parking in the back, and the bed was Extremely Comfy. Wi-Fi was provided and worked perfectly. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat, and in fact plan to do so when I visit my daughter again next year. Five Stars!
Gerardo was very easy to reach and provided us all the details necessary to locate the apartment. The apartment was "as promised" and in a great location.
I did not meet Gerado, and only spent a brief amount of time in the unit, but it was well maintained and a good value for the Great Taste of the Midwest Weekend.
Great space. Very welcoming with easy to understand instructions to access the apartment.
This listing was exactly as described. In fact, it almost seemed like the pictures could have been taken within minutes of our arrival! Everything was very clean and well maintained. There was also plenty of parking not only in the lot in back (we had two cars with us) but there was lots of space in the street out front.
We spent a lot of time downtown and it was an incredibly easy and quick drive. We were never more than 15 minutes away from anything we wanted to do.
Gerardo was also extremely easy to communicate with. I never met him personally, but we communicated through Air BnB's messaging system quite a bit. He was able to recommend different restaurants and other places of interest nearby.
I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking to come to Madison.
Very welcoming instructions on how to enter the apartment and nearby attractions.

About the Host, Gerardo
I am an easy going person. I work hard but also like to have fun. I enjoy meeting new people. I am new to Airbnd but I want to make sure that your stay in Madison is worth the trip and that you feel right at home when you are here. I enjoy Capoeira, merenge and tango!
