Our nicely furnished 3 bdrm 2.5 bath apartment comes fully furnished with custom built furniture and all the kitchen amenities you can imagine! Located in a gated community and less than 5 minute walk from Waiyaki Way and 10 mins from ABC Place!
This is our corporate apartment that sits on the 3rd floor of a 6 storey apartment building in the heart of Westlands - on Sports Road (behind famous Rhapta Road). It is nicely furnished and filled with every amenity we believe our executives will require while on a long term travel.
There's wifi, TV and a VOIP phone for your convenience and for emergency calls. Like most homes in Nairobi, there's no AC in this apartment. We have a fan you can move around and there's also mosquito net over each bed which means you can leave the windows open at night.
Mercy, our apartment staff comes in daily to clean out the space and she's willing to do your laundry for a fee. Sheets are changed out and necessities replenished on a need basis (at least 2 - 3 times a week).
If you provide us with your grocery list, we can ensure the kitchen is fully stocked for you.
Apartment comes with 3 EXTREMELY large Bedrooms with tons of room on either side of the bed and reading area. 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds with plush comforters and 500 count bed linens.
Each room comes with huge closet and drawer space.
Reading Desk comes with 3 lockable compartments.
Apartment is located in a gated community.
Guests have access to every amenities in the apartment
There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment with the Master bedroom having its own Full Bath.
Interaction with Guests
This is an extremely private apartment and you will rarely run into your neighbors unless you meet them on the staircase
This apartment is located in a residential area of town with only a few businesses within close proximity. It is extremely quiet all times of the day.
We can arrange to pick you up from the airport if necessary and we can also provide you with a car and driver for your entire duration for a fee.
Cabs are located less than 50 ft from the apartment entrance.
You can park your vehicle inside the compound or right outside of the apartment
You can also walk 5 mins on David Osieli to Waiyaki way where you can hop on a public transport.
Another 5 mins walk on Sports Road you can get to Corner Bistro for great food.
Other Things to Note
We will consider reducing the daily rent if you are willing to have other guests take up extra rooms.
Rooms have locks as such you don't have to worry about privacy and there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment so, there's no issue with having your own space.
Electricity - Like most African countries, you will experience power failure every once in while. We have LED Lanterns with new batteries for your convenience. Its rare that we are without power for more than a few hours at a time.
Water - We have a water reservoir within the apartment to save water for future use. I'm sure if you've visited Africa before you wouldn't be surprised that you may go without water supply for a few hours within a week.
This is a corporate apartment as such we ask for our guests to leave it in the same shape and form as they meet it.
We also ask that you don't have people who are not listed as part of your guests stay in the apartment in your absence. We will ask that you pay for extra guests not listed during your registration since our monthly costs for the apartment is directly tied to utilities usage.
Most of our neighbors are working people as such noise is not tolerated

The apartment was well furnished with excellent internet and any query or request was immediately answered . The apartment is well located for business purposes and meetings.

I came to Nairobi to deliver my baby and needed a place to stay before and after the delivery. Honestly, the decision to stay here was one of the best I made in my plans! The apartment was very comfortable, plenty of space to move around, with family and friends coming and going. The kitchen was also big enough, fully equipped for all the cooking that needed to be done. Janet, the Office Admin, was super helpful in any questions that I had. It was just a perfect stay-and I would repeat the experience again if I could!!Thanks Roland!
Roland is a great guy! Mercy and Janet are very helpful. The apartment location is businesswise very good, just a stone throw away from Sarit Centre. For families it is not the best place and location to stay, there is nothing to do for children and the apartment is not very quiet and calm.
Having said this, I would say a group of friends, couples without kids but definitely business people that need to be in Nairobi town should stay here. No doubt, the place to be!
My stay at the Westland apartment was very good I must say, our Host Mercy was very helpful to us while our stay. The apartment was clean and quiet for the most part. Mr. Roland was very helpful as well, he responed to all my emails and telephone calls as needed.

I find out that the best way to learn about a city is by living within the city amongst its people. I'm pretty easy going, very clean both in appearance and my environment. I seriously do appreciate a clean environment although I'm not a clean freak by any means.
