APARTMENT 101- Stay in a lovely 750 square foot two bedroom apartment with a direct view to the streets and enough space to fit the family. The master bedroom has a queen size bed; it has access to a private little patio and a direct entrance to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed with a second roll out bed underneath. There are also two futons in the living room so there’s enough accommodation for 6 people but it´s not recommended for more than 3 adults. This apartment´s kitchen has a gas stove with an oven.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with Cable TV, wireless internet, fridge, microwave, dishwasher*, stove, kitchen appliances, dish wear, heater and safe. Utilities and weekly housekeeping with fresh towels and linens are included. We see that everything is taken care of so that all you need to bring is your suitcase.

1.TERM: The term of the lease shall begin on the arrival and departure dates agreed through Airbnb. The property will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 4:00 pm ET on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 11:00 am ET on the departure date.
2. LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to the number of persons agreed through Airbnb which will never be more than 6.
3. ACCESS TO PREMISES: Lessee may not let, sublet or assign this lease for all or any part of the premises without prior consent of the Lessor. A maximum of two sets of keys will be handed to the lessee upon arrival which must be returned on departure. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. Between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am, lessee must cooperate to maintain the building´s main entrance double locked.
4. UTILITIES: Lessor shall provide warm water, gas, electric services, trash removal, Cable TV and wireless internet.
5. CLEANING: The rental fee includes laundry service for the towels and linens and housekeeping once a week. The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received in by making sure that the dishes are washed and put away, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and laundered.
6. CARE OF PREMISES: Lessee will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. All garbage must be classified in organic and inorganic in the bins corresponding to the apartment and if emptied it should be done so at the common garbage bins of the building where they must also remain classified
7. NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE: Lessee and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes.
8. SMOKING: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed at the roof garden. Evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional Cleaning Fee to Guest as Excess Damage Cost.
9. ROOF GARDEN: Use of the roof garden is permitted to all tenants in the building. Lessee must make use of it in a respectful way towards the other guests and towards the premises. Gatherings are allowed but limited to 12 people including the guests of the apartment. No parties are allowed and noise must be moderated after 12:OO PM.
10. PETS: Pets are not allowed in or on the property.
11. PARKING: Parking is unavailable in the building.
12. DAMAGE TO PREMISES: Lessee shall not damage the premises during the lease term, including pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, fixtures and other equipment. Should damage occur, Lessor is required to make repairs and pay for them out of the security deposit, and return any unused sum to Lessee within 48 hours according to the procedure of Airbnb.
13. INDEMNITY CLAUSE: Lessee, or tenants, or guests of Lessee agree to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from all liability, loss or injury arising or suffered on the leased premises.
14. NO FIREARMS: No exceptions.
We stayed in 101 on the Ground Floor for 2 months whilst working in the city, and it truly was an incredible experience. The house is situated in one of the best areas of the city with juice bars, great restaurants, live music and dog adoption only a matter of minutes away. Julian and Costanza are both lovely and interesting people and if we ever had a problem they were always on hand. The shared roof terrace is a great little sun trap and a real bonus, and the best thing is you bump into other people that are staying in the block who all have an interesting reason for being in the city. A great apartment, in a great location and run by great people. That's everything you could ask for in an airbnb. Thanks guys!

Excelente departamento, muy bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia comoda. Mis abuelos de 90 años se quedaron 1 mes y todo estuvo perfecto. Constanza siempre disponible por cualquier cosa que llegamos a necesitar. Habían anunciado obras en los departamentos de arriba pero no se escucho nada durante estas 4 semanas. Nada que decir, recomiendo ampliamente este departamento.

julian es muy buena onda. lo pasamos en su depa padrisimo en particular en la teraza. el barrio esta muy bien. los fotos no parecen nada a la realidad. estaba decepcionada con respecto al depa. no estaba muy cuidado y no creo que vale tanto dinero. pero la tareza es genial.
