Nestled among the gardens, this private studio features a clawfoot tub, gas fireplace and 10 foot ceilings. 1 Queen bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, 1 bath, 1 off-street parking space. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons.

The space
Surrounded by over 8,000 rose bushes, landscaped gardens, trellised walkways, fountains a koi pond and secret garden, Garden Valley Cottage is an idyllic country getaway.

The rose bloom season is May - October. November to January is dormant season for most plants. February and March features daffodils and tree blossoms. April features cherry blossoms and apple blossoms.

Guest access
Enjoy access to our numerous gardens set over 5 acres, smell over 300 different rose varieties, delight in the company of our animal residents from koi fish, goats, sheep, chickens, cats and dogs.

Other things to note
Please note we are in Zone 9B and roses bloom from mid to late April through end of October. During the months of Dec-Feb the roses will undergo pruning and defoliation. March and April bring warming temperatures, rain and the leafing out of the bushes in preparation for their April/May bloom.

Also we have dogs as well as free roaming chickens and field cats on property.
