Tiny house under the trees in a little community of cool people. Five min walk to the nicest beach in Nicaragua. Playa Amarillo is almost completely undeveloped. Mile long white sand with surf!
This tiny house has a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and separate kitchen. The full length porch is screened. Making it a really lovely place to chill.

You will notice my staff are all Nicas and are super friendly, helpful and willing to please, the real beauty of Nicaragua is her people.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Great, clean accommodations. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs only because there are some really beautiful roosters nearby. ;) Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend

We loved the little casita. Plenty of room and was nice to be able to cook if we wanted too. Very quiet where we were and if we wanted to socialize it was great walking to the "compound" to hang with other travelers. It was fun being under the trees and the bug netted porch made it very appealing to sit outside. They were also more than accommodating with picking us up at the airport and letting us check in early that day, thank you so much!

Great place for visiting Playa Gigante. A few minutes enjoyable walk into village proper. Also only a few minutes walk to great beach with no development; only a few locals, surfers and swimmers. Others have commented on the free range chickens, pigs and cows. We actually enjoyed. House was perfect for couple and really enjoyed the screened in porch.

Dale's casita is a great spot to stay in Gigante. The casita is just a few minutes walk from the center of town, the hostel where the management is, and playa amarillo (main spot to surf and amazing for night time walks). Veronica, the property manager was always around and incredibly helpful. She rented us a motorbike to rip around for a day and also helped us out to get some fresh fish from the local fishermen to cook up (which was crazy delicious). The staff offered to clean every day and did an incredibly thorough job. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Overall great stay, loved the town and the surf. Would love to come back! Thanks!

The accommodation is a really nice house in the middle of green nature and neighbors are local people. In addition your are surrounded by monkeys, pigs, cows, birds, chicken, roosters...(early wake up calls) A great experience. Real Nicaragua! The house has everything you need for cooking in a well equipped kitchen. Think about bringing some stuff from the market in rivas. There is not too much choice in the smaller supermarkets in gigante. Both beaches is just 5 mins. Playa Amarillo is much nicer than Playa gigante. Enjoy your sundowner at the Buena Vista Restaurant. Great view for the sunset!

The Casita Under the Trees is exactly what can be expected as it is certainly under some trees and a dozen howler monkeys! The casita is about a 5 min walk from the beach and main street of town. It's also 5 min from Playa Armarillo which is our favourite beach to play on. Dales staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's advised to know a few phrases in Spanish to help you in Gigante. Loved it.

I loved staying at this little house. It's not right in town, so the short walk to the beach was kind of nice, I enjoyed walking by the small homes, family's and animals. The one small downside is that the roosters, dogs and monkeys can be really loud. Not much anyone can do except embrace it. the kitchen has everything you need and the staff is often around to ask questions, get laundry help etc. overall couldn't be happier with this little retreat . The beach is beautiful too! Thanks Dale!
