It's a leafy neighbourhood with a mix of families and retirees, located in close proximity to the busy tourist areas. There are lots of interesting and picturesque walks along the beaches and around the headlands, many surfing spots to choose from. Attractions such a Underwater world are popular and a visit to the Mooloolaba River for fresh seafood straight from the trawlers is a must. Then of course there's the hinterland with its beautiful scenery and quaint country towns.
The golf course and SC University are nearby.
Most visitors will use a car as it is 3-4kms from the house to the beaches and shops. However there is a regular Sunbus service (use the Translink website journey planner) and the Golf Links Rd Stop is nearby.
Other Things to Note
There are fans in all bedrooms but the house is elevated, shaded on the West, catches the sea breeze, so generally stays comfortably cool.
Sorry non-smokers only. Please keep the place tidy and clean - brooms, vac, mops and cleaning aids are all provided. The house is in a family neighbourhood so keep noise down to a reasonable level - zero verandah noise after 11 pm please.
Please hang beach towels etc on the drying racks or clothesline provided.
On departure please leave the bathroom and kitchen in a clean & tidy condition
Thank you and enjoy your stay.
Everything was fine and we had a very good holiday. The house is located in a fairly quiet side street off the Mooloolaba road, but it only takes 10 minutes in a car to get to one of the many beaches nearby. The house was clean and in order when we arrived and we particularly enjoyed the deck and the hammock. William was available by mail to answer any question. Thanks again William.
Great house with literally everything you could possibly need and so much more - William popped a decorated Christmas tree, complete with fairy lights,on the verandah before we arrived! And the verandah is the gem of the home - the perfect place to enjoy family Christmas lunch, reading books, watching the wildlife.
Comfortable and homely, secure parking, quiet street, barbecue,
a 5 minute drive to shops...Buderim Beach house is a fantastic find, thanks William
Perfect place to stay whilst visiting my Nanna... Great beach house in a lush tropical setting! William was very accommodating and we had an enjoyable stay.
We had a great stay. The house was comfortable and spacious, the veranda was a wonderful spot to spend mornings and evenings listening to the birds, and far more amenities were available than at most self-contained places I've stayed. I highly recommend it.
Great place to be.
Thanks William, I had a very nice and relaxing stay.
