Semplice da raggiungere, che si arrivi in treno, in auto oppure in aereo dall'aeroporto Marco Polo (VCE) o di Treviso (TSF).

Great location with a 15-minute walk to San Marco and 1-minute walk to the water taxi. Apartment has all of the basic essentials and was kept very clean. The wifi connection could've been a bit better though. Side note: Keep the windows shut if you don't want mosquitoes bothering…

Great location to all of central Venice, Everywhere that doesn't require a ferry is walkable and its far enough off the large streets that it was quiet at night.

Place is really close to San Silvestro plaza. Walking distance to everything. Francesca is a super cool woman, apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely return when I’m back in town

A comfy, no frills apartment. Location is excellent, less than 2 minutes from vaporetto stop. Francesca is very congenial.

Francesca's flat was super cute and the location is great. Super close to the water bus stop and walking distance to the Rialto Bridge. We loved exploring all the twists and turns around the apartment. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

Overall a great stay at Francesca's place! She was very flexible with our check in time, when I called to complain about the mosquito issue she dropped off bug repellent in a timely manner. Thanks for having us!
