I had to spend one night in Minneapolis due to engine trouble. I was so glad that Simona has room available just for that immediate need. She and her family made me feel so welcome and at ease. The description of her place is accurate and her place is so comfortable and cozy. The location has easy access easy access to everything. I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arise.
Thank you Simona for everything...you are so kind.
Simona and Jakub had been very kind and helpful and the room was as described. It was warm and homely and spacious and nice. Simona has put on beautiful artworks done by her. Tea and cereal provided and I could hear up water downstairs and the bathroom was beautifully tiled and everything was pleasant and nice. Beautiful and quite neighbour. Walking distance to bus station and supermarket. Would definitely recommend a stay.
Simona is an awesome host.
She is absolutely wonderful and her Edina Gallery House even more so amazing and i enjoyed every last second of my stay inside her house and with her as a host. The neighborhood is just fantastic and is really quiet and peaceful to such an extent that i just couldn't believe that i actually got to experience that place for such a price. All in all an amazing experience and Simona's son Jacob is the most helpful person on the planet and i could never repay him for the help he offered me during my stay.
I will definetely come back again for another visit and i highly recommend Edina Gallery House to anyone who wants to experience the suburbs and the true american neighborhoods.
The room was perfectly adequate and comfortable. Simona was welcoming and nice.
This is AirBnB is located in a beautiful location and it is exactly as described. The bed is comfortable and the room is very private with lots of amenities. I only stayed one night, but I would stay again in the future.
This was my first experience as an AirB&B guest. I have been hosting for the past three or four months.
We, my girlfriend and I, were met almost every time we showed up by the owner's dog barking and growling at us. The bathroom we had access to had a faint smell of stale urine to it. The owner's son sat in his room from sun-up until past sun-down with some sort of television program or Internet program at a really high volume — we had to sleep with a "white noise" app on my phone in order to drown out the noise coming from this young man's room. And when the guy did come out of his room, morning or evening, he was dressed in a robe and slippers. Simona was very nice, but the stay was awkward.
Hello Matthew, I'm really surprised by your review and I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I've asked you couple times if there is any problem. The dog is not mine, I watch her only for couple days during my friend vacation and I tried to keep her on the porch. I clean the bathroom daily and I'm not aware of any smell. I'll take care of the "noise", but other issues are simply our private. You left some dirty underwear and socks in a bag outside the house, which I disposed. Again accept my apology, I'm learning from this experience. Simona
She was welcoming even though I was unable to get to her house as early as I had anticipated. The room, bathroom and common room were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The basement was cool, which will be a plus as the summer gets hotter.

About the Host, Simona
We are from the Czech republic. My son Jakub and I live in our house in Edina, a beautiful suburb of Minneapolis. Our cozy house is about 10 min drive either from the downtown or MSP international airport ( of course not considering traffic or inclement weather). I'm the enthusiastic Sumi-e artist, you are welcome to visit my web pages (website hidden) and learn more.
