Christopher was very friendly and helpful , picked me up in Sante Fe when I arrived and gave me a lift to the bus when I left as well , which i was grateful for.
As I did not have a car, there was a bus stop close into town, which makes it convenient to get around as well.
Enjoyed an evening where Christopher played the piano and his original songs, has a great sense of humor and a way with words .
Wonderful host, great digs, comfy and quiet, near everything in Santa Fe, feels like home.cant wait to visit with Christopher again.

My mother's and my stay with Christopher was great. His house is lovely, set in a rural-feeling part of Santa Fe. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, with full kitchen and laundry access. The best part was getting to know Christopher himself, who is one of the most interesting, charming, and gracious people you could ever hope to meet. He went out of his way to help out and was a remarkably generous and kind host. We would definitely stay with him again, and we recommend his place for anyone seeking a relaxed, friendly, fun and music-filled place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Christopher!
Just loved spending time in Christopher's house and his kindness and generosity was boundless. He made me feel so welcome.
Because of our travels surrounding our stay in Santa Fe, we arrived really late to Chris' home. Chris said it was no problem and made us feel welcome regardless. Although we didn't get to interact much with Christopher, from what we did, he seemed great! He has a very lovely, vibrant home. Because of how beautiful and energetic his home is, we wished we could've stayed longer to better enjoy it. The room is very cozy and the bed is incredible! Spacious closet if you need it and comfortable bathroom and relaxing shower as well! Definitely would come back to stay at Christopher's!!
We loved our stay at Christopher's home. We arrived a day early, after dark, and Christopher took us in with a simple phone call. His home is beautiful, and he welcomed us in the driveway to show us around. He makes the kitchen available to all guests, though we opted to try out the local restaurants instead. We suffered from jet lag, so we slept in, and he was cool with that. We missed the morning coffee routine, but it was there at noon had we wanted it. The beds are comfy, sheets and towels are top of the line, extra blankets and a small heater are available if needed. Our bed/bath had recently been renovated. We knew Christopher was there most the time, but only because his car was visible. We actually had scant time with him, but what we had was enough to learn he is a fascinating, accomplished man with countless talents. A well published writer, artist, on a psychological plane most hurried wall street financiers would spend sizable amounts to emulate. It's easy to come and go as one pleases in this home, our room had a private bath, and it's in a peaceful residential neighborhood with easy access to all the sites Santa Fe has to offer. We had a rental car, preferring to get around to many of the outlying sites that way, including choosing to avoid crowded chain hotels over spring break, and are so glad we found Christopher's home. The rate of his room and what he offers more than covered any rental car. We had read that Christopher sometimes plays the piano for his guests, and secretly hoped he would play. On our first night we were in our room relaxing and he graced us with his music. He is a gifted pianist, and strings player, and were not disappointed. What a joy to listen to his soft playing while we sat in our room sharing a bottle of wine. Day two, after taking in art museums and Santa Fe cultural sites, we returned to Christopher's home, and a single guest was sitting working in the living room. We ended up sharing our evening with this engaging professional. It was an unexpected gift. Internet access fast, and a t.v./w cable was available With so many interesting gifts, we regret we had so little time to visit with Christopher, but this home provided a welcome respite.
Chris was super friendly and accommodating! He gave us recommendations for places to go and things to see in Santa Fe. The room and bed was very comfortable and he made his home open to us for cooking or just relaxing!
