Our spacious suite can sleep up to 8 people comfortably and features ~1100 sq/ft of living space.

Gyms - there are two gyms, in Tower 1 and Tower 3, you can use either without charge
Pools - you have access to the MGM and MGM Signature pools at not charge and they provide towels. Do not remove towels from the room or you will be assessed a charge.

Other Things to Note
NO PARTIES - We (Signature and us) do not tolerate parties in the suite, guests can/will be removed at our discretion and no refunds are given if this happens. This also means: no bachelor/ette parties, etc.
1.No Party Policy: In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, we have a "NO PARTY" policy in our guest rooms. This includes loud music or excessive noise of any kind. The MGM Signature and WE do not tolerate lewd behavior, foul language, destruction of property, excessive occupants in the room, running up and down the hallways, or any other behaviour disrupting the quiet enjoyment of other guests. The Maximum occupancy allowed in our guest rooms is indicated on your confirmation.
Should any of the disturbing behavior occur, all of the individuals associated with that room or group will be escorted off the property. Furthermore, should the hotel have to refund another guest(s) stay due to excessive noise or unruly behavior, the primary person registered in the room or the person who is the authorizing signature for the group will reimburse Bedi Investments for any losses. The hotel & Bedi Investments reserves the right to exercise its eviction rights for violating this stated policy. You will forfeit 100% of your deposit. (This also means: no bachelor/ette parties, etc.)
2.CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT IS 11:30 A.M. (local time). NO Early Check-in or late check-out. All late check-out’s will be charged $25 per each half hour beginning at 11:30 A.M.
3.All units are NON SMOKING.
4.Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
(URL HIDDEN) DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required and refunded provided that:
a.No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b.No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c.All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
d.No linens are lost or damaged.
e.No dishes or missing.
f.NO Early check-in or late checkout.
g.The number of guests matches the number of guests stated in the reservation.
h.The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, and the security company employed by the MGM.
6.CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations that result in a shortened stay, are subject to the Airbnb “strict” policy.
7.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to the number stated on the listing.
8.INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity/Resort fees are included in the rental rate.
9.DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. Our housekeepers will be there DAILY, you must allow them access to the suite for cleaning and to make sure that you are adhering with our policies. If you refuse service, we will ask that you/your guests be removed for security reasons.
We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, nor should dishes, silverware or any other items found in the units be returned to the MGM. If items are found to be missing, guest will be notified and the cost to replace the item will be subtracted from the security deposit.
10.FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
11.3rd PARTY RESERVATIONS – The registered guest on Airbnb must be present to check-in. We will not allow ANYONE else to check-in due to Airbnb policies.
12.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
13.We reserve the right to modify this agreement, and our policies at our discretion.
Before you leave:
1.TAPE: if you TAPE anything on the walls, ceiling or doors, we will charge $25 per occurrence or if paint comes off because of the tape, you will be responsible for the cost of painting that area
2.Tidy up; collect the towels in the bathroom / bathtub
3.Put the dishes in the dishwasher
4.Put all of your garbage in a single black garbage bag (found under the kitchen sink)
5.The cleaners will automatically show up at noon (you don't need to do anything)
From Dec 30, 2016 - Jan 15, 2017 the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Paul has been owning and managing properties for the last 15 years. In 2007 Paul purchased suites at The Signature at MGM in Las Vegas. With solid experience in property management and operations, Paul has been managing and maintaining rental properties throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The goal of our management staff is to provide the best experience possible when staying in our suites. Our philosophy is to own and manage the “best-of-the-best” when adding suites to our rental program. As such, we own and manage some of the most desirable suites at the Signature.
