Enjoy your stay!
We REALLY enjoyed 5 days at this great apartment.
Its not really big, but perfect with two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a wonderful small garden.
This FAR exceeds any hotel in Jerusalem.
We were met with fresh flowers, fresh bagels, and a small tour around the apartment. Ronit was helpful with details and questions about Jerusalem by email, when we were in Jerusalem.
The apartment is placed 5 min walk from a big supermarket and big mall, But for most other places you will need to drive(at least when its 38 degrees and too hot for a long walk.)
So we can recommend this place very much !!
We really enjoyed our trip in Jerusalem. The apartment is lovely with a lovely garden, walking distance to the Old City (35 minutes) and very convenient bus connection (Bus #21) to the Jaffa street (tram connection, Central Bus Station, Convention Centre). Ronit was very kind and helpful, answering all our questions and showing us around. There were roses at the table when we arrived and food for us, as we arrived on sabbath. The host even accommodated our early arrival and late departure:>) We recommend this apartment for your stay. We were a family of 4: two adults and 2 teenagers and fit very well. Two bathrooms was very good arrangement for our 'large' family. If we ever come back to Jerusalem we would definitely want to stay with Ronit again.
A beautiful apartment on a little back street of a little suburb of Jerusalem. We got there much later than expected on a dark night down a long back street and were met with a cheerful welcome and flowers in the living room. But in the morning we found ourselves 1 or 2 blocks away from everything we needed: food, shops, and entertainment. The lovely quiet garden with fruit trees was a wonderful retreat, with Yemenite music, the murmur of families talking, and smell of delicious Israeli foods floating across the neighborhood from the many balconies giving it an exotic Middle Eastern atmosphere. A remarkable friendly neighbor came to our rescue as we struggled to put up the supplied (really simple) sukka. We enjoyed many wonderful meals out there. Our host was always helpful and available by email for problems and advice. We hated to leave.
