Shane and Lisa were great hosts. The room was exactly as described and it's a perfect location on the North Shore. Shane gave us great recommendations for food and activities in the area. The beach was three minutes away (and uncrowded!) and they provided towels and chairs. Thank you!
I had such an amazing experience staying with Lisa and Shane! They were so kind, hospitable and instantly made me feel like at home. Lisa took the time to give me lots of recommendations on surf lessons, yoga classes and things to do on the North shore. The room and the rest of the house were very clean and cozy, the dogs were friendly and overall I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Hawaii and will recommend this beautiful home to my friends. Thank you guys! Xx
Shane & Lisa are young enough to savor all that life has to offer (especially in Hawaii), but focused and mature enough to set high goals and reach them. They are the type of hosts that represent the best of Airbnb. We usually feel a little awkward the first night at a place due to newness, but Shane warmly greeted us and showed all that they had to offer. We were instantly comfortable. We were there when he met others and it was exactly the same. They are both knowledgeable about the area and the best of what it has to offer. Both are excellent resources and guides to help you out. The location is close to several beaches and they can direct you to what is best for your plans. The things they provide will save you money over other places. We did not eat there, but others did and were comfortable with it. We felt like a weekend escape to the cabin with friends, even thought we had never met. Very cool experience (even in record heat).
We had a great time at Lisa's place. We were charmed by the North Shore. The house is ideally located and Lisa and her husband gave us great tips to explore the area. They were nice and really accommodating.
Lisa and Shane were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Shane met us upon arrival, and had some great local suggestions for beaches and things to do. They gave us a couple bikes to have a quick ride around and check out some of the local sites. House and room are very comfortable, and two very friendly dogs are an added bonus!
As advertised, clean, comfortable, close to beach, snorkeling, food, town. Hosts very friendly, helpful with suggestions, honest. We'd repeat anytime. Thank you !!
We felt super safe and welcomed by Lisa & Shane! They were exceptional hosts, open communication, so down to earth, very hospitable! They truly have the aloha spirit. Although are stay was very short (1 night) they allowed us access to their beach cruises which we totally accepted! They have a prime location. Very close to several beaches, including our favorite north shore beach (sunset beach). We rode the beach cruises down about 5 mins to sunset beach, locked up the bikes and watched the sunset on our last night on Oahu. Wished we had more time to stay with them! Easily our favorite stay on our entire trip! We loved them and are grateful for the experience.

About the Host, Lisa
I live with my husband and our two beautiful dogs. I can't live without a surfboard, yoga mat or my vibram shoes. I love being in the water whether that's in the sea or under a waterfall. My favorite places to travel are Indonesia, Mexico, Thailand, Fiji, and Samoa. I'd like to see Europe and kayak down the Grand Canyon. I hate TV but love movies and good music. I'm vegan but I don't care if you love meat. I am a wonderful host. I keep a very clean home and always wear a smile.
My life motto is...be the light to light the world!
