Rustic Mountain Cabins - Glamping! Our charming King Cabins are perfectly located along the North Umpqua River in the Umpqua National Forest. This region of the Oregon Cascades is commonly referred to as "Oregon's Emerald-Jewel Gateway" to Crater Lake. We are centrally located to the North Umpqua Trail, with easy drives to many trailheads, waterfalls & the Umpqua Hot Springs. The King Cabins have a King bed, and a loft w/ double bed. The shared bath/shower house is steps away from the cabins.

We have two of these King Cabins, they are one large room with a King size bed and a loft with a double bed. Please note that the loft is accessed by a ladder.
Inside:

All the cabins are complete with linens, pillows, and bath towels. The King Cabins have a wall mounted LED fire place and feature "JC Woodworks Wine Barrel Creations" Breakfast bars with views of Panther Leap. They also include Electric heat, AC, Mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and supplies, water dispenser & a TV/DVD combo (no cable or TV bring DVD's or we have a selection at our office). Please bring a beach towel for the hot springs or river activities.

Each of our cabins have a park like setting with Picnic Tables, Covered front porch, fire ring, Charcoal BBQ (Charcoal and Firewood are available at our store) and are located within steps from the heated park bathhouse. Umpqua's Last Resort, Wilderness RV Park & Campground is nestled along the North Umpqua River with-in the Umpqua National Forest. This region of the Oregon Cascade Mountains is commonly referred to as "Oregon's Emerald-Jewel Gateway" to Crater Lake National Park. Spectacular marble river views, volcanic formations, thundering waters, and towering firs are just the beginning... the North Umpqua River is World Class!

Settled in the community of Dry Creek, 27-miles east of Idleyld Park [Idle-wild Park] on the North Umpqua River, Umpqua's Last Resort hosts Camper Cabin Rentals, Full Hook-up RV Sites, & Tent Sites.

The area is readily accessible to a broad segment of the population and provides a variety of river-related recreational opportunities such as non-motorized boating activities, whitewater rafting, fly fishing, rock climbing, snorkeling, swimming, horseback riding, hiking, mountain bicycling, nature study, and scenic tours. Our frendly and helpful camp hosts can assist you in choosing and booking activites.

The scenic route Highway 138 serves as the primary access to Crater Lake National Park, North Umpqua River, 74-mile North Umpqua Trail intersecting the Pacific Crest Trail, and Game Hunting. Visitors from all over the world travel through Umpqua National Forest to enjoy these and more outdoor recreation and sporting destination activities. The Rogue-Umpqua Scenic Byway has received both national and regional recognition for its exceptional scenic quality and accessibility to a myriad of recreational and interpretive opportunities including high concentration of native steel head, Salmon and fishery stock.

This truly distinctive canyon landscape is characterized by the combination of clear jade-green rushing water, vertical rock cliffs and spires within a mosaic of mountain meadows and Douglas-fir/western hemlock forests. Adding to the natural scenic quality of the North Umpqua Wild and Scenic Corridor, are the locations of numerous prominent geologic features of columnar basalt, large basalt rock cliffs, boulders and spires which are currently managed as the Umpqua Rocks Special Geologic Area. Few river systems in the region expose as much of the volcanic and geologic history of the formation of the Cascades in one nearly straight, east-west direction. Be sure to check out the Natural Hot-springs and a choice of local waterfalls, including Southern Oregon’s tallest, Watson Falls along with the ever popular Toketee Falls, Fall Creek Falls, Steamboat Falls, and Lemolo Falls.

Umpqua's Last Resort is a privately-owned specialized recreational park & campground located on exclusive private-property with-in the Umpqua National Forest. As a proud equal-opportunity recreation provider we thank you for your interest.

The Dry Creek Store and Gas Station is adjacent to us, offering full service country store items.
