The Space

Learn about farming naturally. With America's Hottest Farmers (Huffington Post) and Top Ten Farm 2009 (Travel and Leisure Magazine)!

Veggies, fruits and flowers. Chickens, baby goats, turkeys and piglets. We even have a beautiful Honey Bee Apiary!

Learn and laugh throughout your stay.

Owner/Host sits on the Ulster County Board of Tourism and is a wealth of information.

We are beyond organic using our own famous innovations as well as using timeless time saving, energy saving, money saving techniques that Rene learned from his Grandparent's farm in Europe.

Stay in a real working farm that is beautifully appointed! We have 3 bed rooms in farm house as well as a wonderful locally made yurt. We also allow tents on the farm.

We can even pick you up at the train or bus stations in our 100% electric car!

1.5 hours north of the Big Apple via highway, train or bus.

A wonderful experience for yourself, family and friends!

This actually makes great gift, make memories to last a lifetime!

Experience farm house or Yurt nestled in orchard, depends on availability.

*if the date you request does not work... submit another date to contact me and I can try to make your request work. Airbnb is a little complicated because they do not offer the ability to rent several rooms and or yurt at the same time....

Other Things to Note

We have to charge per person per night because as a beautiful working farm its costs a lot to maintain our standards. There are also lots of expenses, taxes and fees like:
Fed tax
NYS tax
Ulster County Bed Tax
Airbnb fee
School taxes
Property taxes
gardeners- we pay living wages.
and many many other expenses that a hotel chain does not have. On the weekends Billiam and René prepare a wonderful breakfast, grow food from the farm, harvest it, set the table, cook and clean. It takes two people two hours which is four hours of work. It's all worth it though because your experience on our farm is quite unique and they enjoy meeting all of their wonderful guests.

We prefer two night minimums on weekends and three night minimums on holiday weekends.
