Jane was very nice she made us feel at home we really enjoyed our stay at her home it was comfortable and pleasant we would stay with jane again
Jane was as accommodating and friendly a host as I could hope for. Despite arriving a little later than expected, Jane was extremely welcoming and helpful, giving us a quick tour of a homely bedroom and kitchen which we could use at our leisure.
Breakfast was a help-yourself routine, with a variety of cereals, breads, fruit and eggs to choose from. Jane grants free reign, so you can prepare as hearty a breakfast as you desire. A lot of the produce is also organic, and some of it even straight from the garden!
Finally, Jane was beyond useful in helping me arrange walks along the local mountains. As a beginner, Jane recommended an easier hike, and provided a detailed maps and clear instructions on how to reach it. This personal touch is something you'd never find in a hotel.
Thanks again, Jane, for such a pleasant stay! Loved The dogs! Little ruby has a great face.
Jane was very friendly and happy to give us advice on cafés or restaurants. (Thanks again, Jane.) The dogs are lovely too and very friendly! :)
We weren't much in the house but we were very happy with the room and especially with the DVD selection in our room. After playing golf all day, we were happy to crash on a very comfortable bed and watch a good film.
If you want a good bed in a quiet room and a very quiet surrounding in a very scenic and beautiful part of the country, this would be a very good option for you.
Soddisfatto.
Merci encore Jane
We were received by our host Jane, a very relaxed lady. She served us a lovely vegetarian diner with vegs from her own garden (and a bit from the shop
Jane welcomes us at the farmer place and gave us adviese for diner. We only saw here at the breakfast and than we had a nice conversation. Breakfast was good, the room and bathroom en suite are oke.
About the Host, Jane
I like to travel to meet and spend time with people from different places and cultures. I have loved every place that I visited, Asia, North and South America, Africa, Australia and of course I love to discover new and exciting things about my own country of Ireland. I live at the foot of the Blackstairs Mountains in the Sunny South East of Ireland, and spend many hours hiking and cycling in the hills, and if you are interested I can guide or advise you on trails in the Blackstairs and also further afield in the Wicklow Mountains and in the Comeragh Mountains. I love to cook, especially for family and friends. I grow a lot vegetables and I am always looking for new and interesting ways to prepare the food from the garden.
