Quiet and cozy typical Hampton House between East Hampton and Amagansett. Queen Bed Bedroom with high ceiling and a lot of light. Cozy garden with pool will be waiting for you! Enjoy a breakfast at the pool. This year, because of enhanced cleaning, we request a min. 2-nights stay. Our Labrador Nina will welcome you! English, Spanish and French speaking! 4 Bikes are available. Walking distance to Beach and Amagansett - Pick ups to bus or train stations are possible - Flexible Check In/Out times.

The space
This is the house in which Philippe and Julio are living. We are renting two bedrooms in our house. This listing is for one bedroom with Queen size bed (Larger and corner room with two windows overlooking the front of the house). Another bedroom with a full bed is also available (see another listing). We will be in the house during your stay. Your bathroom would be shared with other guests if the other bedroom is booked. (Another bedroom is also available if you need two bedrooms - see the other listing). Room and bathroom have silent central AC. The room is equipped with a little fridge with free drinks, as well as with a coffee maker. TV is also available in the room (Cable TV). Hair dryer, Iron and Iron Board are also available.

Guest access
Guests will have the access to the garden and the pool. Breakfast would be served in the Garden on the deck or pool side, or inside depending on weather...

During your stay
We intend to provide touristic information in the neighborhood.
We can pick up and drop off at the Amagansett or East Hampton bus and train stations. Bikes are available to go to Amagansett, East Hampton or the ocean beaches. Amagansett and the ocean beaches are also at a walking distance (35 to 40mn)

Other things to note
This bedroom is for two adults. Eventually possible to add an inflatable mattress for one or two persons... the published rate is per night for one bedroom. If you are more than 2 adults, you may need to book another bedroom. See the other listing to rent a second bedroom in this house
