11 Cassina Lane is a five-star property with a long history of repetitive five-star reviews from very satisfied guests. In 2024 we have experienced two three-star reviews that have negatively impacted our star-rating. The two guests expressed dissatisfaction with a) nearby construction noise from a new home under construction, and b) a refrigerator that had performance issues and deck paint/maintenance issues. The GREAT news for future AirBNB guests is that the nearby construction will be completed October 2024, and the kitchen has been updated, not only with a brand new Sub-Zero refrigerator but also with a brand new Thermador 48" six-burner gas stove with griddle. Experience a chef's dream with these additions plus a Thermador dual-oven set. And we just completed an all-new deck/balcony in Feb 2025. We never stop making improvements to this special home.
Before we describe the home let's first talk about the location. There is a reason that oceanfront homes in the North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach are so high in demand... there is a very limited supply and this is definitely the area you want to be in to get the most out of your Hilton Head Island vacation where you can leave your car in the driveway and walk or bike ride to everything. Our home is ideally located in the South Forest Beach area near the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort and is close enough to walk to the many shops, restaurants and beachfront watering holes in the Coligny Plaza area (such as the world-famous Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim’s), and a very short walk to the serenity, beauty and elegance of Sea Pines (less than 1/2 mile to south entrance gate). Make sure that your trip includes visits to Harbourtown, South Beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Enter Cassina Palms on the ground floor and you will find 1 bedroom with two full beds, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. Walk right out the back door to your private heated pool and large patio area.
The 2nd floor features a large gourmet kitchen with the aforementioned high-end appliances, dining area and two separate living rooms as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedroom facing the ocean is outfitted with queen bedding and has a sliding glass door view of the ocean and private en-suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds and share a full hall-bath with oversized shower. The wall of windows facing the ocean in the living and dining areas will take your breath away! You can walk out onto the elevated deck to enjoy your favorite libation while soaking up the ample sunshine and beautiful ocean views.
Bringing the kids? The third level offers a perfect kid get-away and sleeping area featuring two full beds with twin trundle beds tucked underneath, a separate sitting area with large screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, private ocean-facing deck with outdoor seating, and a master bedroom for the lucky parents with king bed, large walk-in closets, and an over-the-top luxurious en-suite bath. All bedrooms include cable-connected flat-screen TV's.
Our home also features an elevated deck in close proximity to the ocean with an oversized daybed for soaking up the ocean breeze. You are going to love lounging on this daybed!
Our pet-friendly home has an important feature that you will not find anywhere else on Hilton Head. The entire perimeter is fenced with two swinging gates at each driveway entrance. Let your dogs outside with no fear that they may wander off.

HILTON HEAD BEACHES ARE VERY DOG-FRIENDLY.
PET POLICY:
• Are not permitted between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. This means that dogs are allowed before 10:00AM and after 5:00PM year-round.
• Must be on a leash: Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 1 through Thursday before Memorial Day.
• Must be on a leash: Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday after Labor Day through September 30.
• Must be on leash OR UNDER POSITIVE VOICE CONTROL at all other times. This means that well-behaved dogs are able to roam the beach leash-free at all times after September 30th and before April 1.
• Persons in control of animals on the beach are required to remove and properly dispose of the animal’s excrement.
POOL HEAT
There is an extra charge to heat the pool ranging from $35/day in warmer months to $60/day in cold months.
PET FEE
We allow up to two dogs (no cats) at the rate of $30 per-dog-per-day.
