Convenient comfy private cottage in condo community. Quiet location with yard space to play a yard game or sit in the chairs on the deck. Take a stroll to the pool, clubhouse or play a game of bocce or tennis within the complex. Grill & eat dinner on the deck or grab dinner in nearby Ogunquit or Kennebunkport. Spend days at nearby Wells Beach. Trolley comes right to the community entrance for transport to Ogunquit & beaches. So much to do. Perfect summer vacation location.

Great getaway location; 2 miles from Ogunquit, 1 mile to Moody Beach, 2.5 miles to Wells Beach, 20 minute drive to Kennebunkport. Many restaurants close by.

Beach Dreams community amenities (main pool, hottub, fitness center, arcade room with pool table, bocce, tennis courts). Grill. Washer/Dryer.
Other things to note
The sleep sofa pulls out and can sleep 2 adults comfortably. A pack and play & twin air mattress is also provided.
Sheets & towels are in a closet available for use but must be washed & returned to their proper place before check out. Blankets and pillows are provided.
A tv with netflix, sling (provides cable channels) and hulu and a dvd player is available for use.
