In the last few years, many of the old townhouses have been turned into art galleries, cafes and chic restaurants, causing some analysts to term the area as being bourgeois.
The apartment is located within few meters away from busy road where you could find supermarkets and cafe and nice restaurant You can relax and enjoy the newly renovated apartment. Once you walk down for 5 minutes you are in the middle of the best bars, galleries, clubs and interesting international people. The apartment is in district called "Bu Ashira" . The Museum is 5km away if you like to walk or 9 minutes away by car. The apartment is ideal for 2 couple (but can sleep up to 6 with a sofa) it has an equipped kitchen and a two bathroom one of them with bathtub, Air Condition and wireless internet.
