The apartment is cosy and well designed. The beds are very comfortable and the are huge wardrobes in both sleeping rooms. the location -close to the Coliseum- is interesting if you want to visit the ancient Roma.
Stefano is available for your wishes and in case of problems he is very accommodating.

The apartment was beautiful, large, spacious, and immaculate upon our arrival. Mr. Sessa was prompt and informative to all my questions. The location was ideal and nearby almost everything. Cannot recommend this apartment enough for anyone who visits Rome. It was one of the highlights of my trip.
I will firstly say, we had an amazing time in Rome, and enjoying the city. The apartment however was a big disappointment. Communication with the host was bad from the beginning. We had requested transportation from the airport to the apartment two days before we were due to leave. When we were boarding our flight for Rome, we still hadn't received a response, and didn't know if we would be picked up or not. Luckily, there was someone waiting for us once we arrived. The guy who was at the apartment to check us in, was not the host. I feel if the host is going to have another one of his employees meet the customers, they should inform them of that. The location of the apartment was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. I would say the location of the apartment, was really the only plus about it. We lost all hot water and heat in the apartment two days into our stay, with two days remaining. We decided to wait until later that night, to see if it was fixed, which it wasn't. We emailed about the issue, as we had two days left. Nobody got back to us in a timely manner, but someone did showed up at the apartment 5 minutes before we were due to leave for the airport. We are a family of four, and all had to go two days without a shower, and didn't get a shower before leaving for our flight. I think this is totally unacceptable. There were also very bad sewer smells coming from both bathrooms. We had scheduled a ride back to the airport, with the man who checked us in. He scheduled it, and said someone would be there for us. We were down in front of the apartment 5 mins before our pick up, and waited almost 15 mins after our pick up was scheduled for. Nobody showed up to pick us up. I don't know what happened, or if the driver went to the wrong apartment, but nobody was there to drive us to the airport. The host later sent us a message, saying WE didn't show up for our ride, which is absolutely not true. We were able to grab a taxi driving by, so we made it to the airport on our own.
After returning from our trip, I submitted a request for a one nights refund. I felt that was acceptable, for going without showers/hot water for two days. We are still waiting to hear back, after a couple more messages.
We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this host, or his business that he may run. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
It's amazing how some people can change how things went. First: the apartment is great as ALL previous review can confirm. In fact this guest does not say anything about the apartment itself which is normally what counts, to start with. Second the is, as one reading properly can uderstand, A complete LACK OF COMMUNICATION on her side. The pick up service on arrival was confirmed also to her, as the driver was there to meet her. Probably she didn't read the message as she sent the request the evening before and we responded late at night. Concerning the issue with hot water: she wrote an e-mail the evening before she was leaving, so at first I wonder way one stays 2 days without hot water and does not inform us. At this point I don't think she stayed 2 days without hot water, but even if this is true she cannot pretend that i read in her mind. it seems obvious to a child that i can do something to solve the problem from the moment I AM INFORMED. So, we were just informed the evening before by e-mail 8why not a phone call?) and this is why we assume the problem arose that evening. Who would stay 2 days without hot water and not inform the owner? In any case the following morning we went to the apartment and fixed this, we she was already departed as she was leaving early in the morning. Then she asked for a full day refund; and i just asked why a full day if the problem was limited to one night? So i proposed a refund of 50% of a complete day, which is fair as, again, we have an evidence of the lack of hot water since she informed us (the night before departure). otherwise anyone can stay one week in apartment, inform us that the last day that they have been the whole week without hot water and ask for a full refund. It should be clear to anyone that one can pretend a problem has showed up FROM the MOMENT you are informed. In nay case her response to our offer for a 50% (of a day) refund was this acrimonious review ....
I wanted to stay nearby Spainish Steps and Trevi Fountain, so choose this Apt. And this was wonderful choice.
It was warm, and graceful. Mostly this Apt was same as photo. Easy to access from Spagna station. And nearby Condoti and Corso street. There are famous shopping spots as you know. Stefano was very kind. He recommended nice pick-up service. Thank you again.
Nice apartments. Very convenient and spacious (+huge wardrobes in both sleeping rooms). 2 full bathrooms! Fantastic view from the living room into the garden. Very good beds. Great design!
The owner was very kind and we could left our bags after check-out time.
Pls take attention to the fact that there is no washing mashing, windows in bedrooms looks to the street (for me it was noisy with open window) and there is no blind in one bathroom (you feel really cold) and there is no any hat-and-coat-rack. And take soap with you!:)
