Small room: very quiet, no parties.

Very quiet place, located in neighborhood of Gracia, one of the busiest area of Barcelona, just 4 blocks from the "Sagrada Familia", 4 metro stops from the Parc Güell.
* Location: you will visit two emblematic places of Barcelona, walking: La Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell.
This room is for ONE person, simple and very useful. It has a window, but not direct sunlight. The room has fans and heating. .
It is a place for those who need a place to rest after a long day discovering Barcelona.
The apartment is inside the block and not the city noise is heard. With lift.

"Gracia – Sagrada Familia" is a popular picturesque neighborhood, has beautiful places and beautiful buildings, and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.
One of the best areas of Barcelona: the "Sagrada Familia" is the perfect place to meet this architectural wonder, is surrounded by two beautiful squares, and one rambla " La Rambla Gaudi".
A 4 streets (8 minutes walk) there are 2 metro stations: " Metro Sagrada Familia" (line 5: to Barna-Sants/Aiport, line 2: just 3 metro stops from the city center, about 9 minutes: Passeig de Gracia, Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas) and "Metro Joanic" (L4, beaches in 15 minutes) will take you straight to the neighborhood "Gothic", the neighborhood "Borne", the neighborhood "La Barceloneta", the old and new port, the beach and other parts of the city. In Joanic Metro, you'll take the 116 bus, 15 minutes to Park Guell.
Anyway, you are within walking distance of "Las Ramblas" (30 minutes walking), and the beautiful Park Güell.
In front of this house there is a bus stop: bus 47 to Passeig de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya& Las Ramblas, bus 45 to the beaches, Gótic, Borne, La Barceloneta, old and new port), Bus H8 (Futbol Club Barcelona Stadium); night bus: N4 to Plaza Catalunya (+N16 o N17 to Airport).
